Abstract

To provide a cushion which can exhibit a desired function (for example, in a mattress, suppression of pressure sore (bedsore), ease of a change of a body position and raising), and can also save a space in transport and preservation.SOLUTION: A cushion (mattress M1) comprises: a substrate 1 which has flexibility and is a flat-plate shape; and high density members 2a, 2b which are formed in a flat plate shape, have a thickness in a vertical direction of 2 mm or more and 8 mm or less, have density greater than that of the substrate 1 and have flexibility. The high density members 2a, 2b are laminated on both ends in a short direction and on a substantially center part in a longer direction of a top surface of the substrate 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
