Abstract

To precisely detect a height relation between a target temperature and a determination temperature.SOLUTION: A temperature detection circuit (10) includes: a first circuit (110) for generating a first voltage (V1) having a negative temperature characteristic to a target temperature (Tx); a second circuit (120) for receiving supply of a predetermined reference voltage (Vref) and converting the reference voltage to a second voltage (V2) having a positive temperature characteristic to the target temperature; and a comparison output circuit (130) for comparing the first voltage and the second voltage with each other to generate a temperature detection signal (TSD) showing a height relation between the target temperature and a predetermined determination temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
