Abstract

To provide a training intermediation device, a training intermediation method, and a program for holding a training in consideration of the benefits of a training applicant, an instructor, and a training company.SOLUTION: In a training intermediation system 100, a training intermediation device includes: a training-possible condition acquisition part for acquiring training-possible conditions related to training to which an instructor can give guidance through an instructor terminal; a desired condition acquisition part for acquiring desired conditions of a training which a training applicant desires to attend through a training applicant terminal; a storage unit for storing a plurality of training modes included in the trainable conditions and benefit information on benefits of an instructor, a training applicant, and a training company managing the training when the training is held in each of the training modes; a benefit calculation unit for calculating benefits of the instructor, the training applicant, and the training company when the training is held in each of the training modes stored in the storage unit, and calculating a total benefit on the basis of the calculated benefits; and a training mode determination unit for determining a training mode to be held to maximize the total benefit on the basis of the training-possible conditions and the training applicant-desired condition stored in the storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
