Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a winding component device for a power supply circuit that is suitable for use in connecting and configuring a plurality of power supply units having inductance components. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, as a winding component device for a power supply circuit including a plurality of power supply units each having two or more inductance components, the power supply units being connected in parallel or in series, there are known a winding component device built into a DC / DC converter as described in Patent Document 1 and a winding component device built into a switching power supply as described in Patent Document 2.

[0005] [Patent Document 1] JP 2003-111412 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2005-278315 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] However, the above-mentioned conventional power circuit winding component devices have the following problems.

[0007] That is, in this type of power supply circuit having inductance components, for example, when a pair of power supply units are connected in parallel, each power supply unit is basically configured with the same circuit configuration, and typically, when the power supply circuit is viewed from the front, they are laid out sequentially in the planar direction of the mounting surface; however, because they are laid out on a board with a limited mounting area, each power supply unit is not necessarily configured with the same layout.

[0008] As a result, in the manufacturing process, the positional relationship and orientation of each inductance component will differ, resulting in the manufacture of substantially different power supply units. In other words, the number of manufacturing steps required will depend on the number of power supply units used, making it impossible to shorten the manufacturing time and leading to complication of the manufacturing process, which is not necessarily sufficient from the standpoint of improving productivity and reducing manufacturing costs by making the manufacturing process more efficient.

[0009] Furthermore, since the layout of each inductance component, i.e., the orientation and angle, are different, there was room for improvement in terms of ensuring good magnetic characteristics (electrical characteristics) in the power supply circuit and further improving overall quality.

[0010] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide a winding component device for a power circuit which solves the problems existing in the background art. [Means for solving the problem]

[0011] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the winding component device 1 for a power supply circuit according to the present invention is characterized in that, when configuring the winding component device 1 to be provided in a power supply circuit 100 configured by connecting in parallel or in series a plurality of power supply units Up... each having one or more inductance components P1..., the inductance components P1... provided in at least one pair of power supply units Up, Up of the plurality of power supply units Up... are configured such that, when turned upside down, the outer shape P1sp of the upper surface before inversion and the outer shape P1sn of the upper surface after inversion are configured to be linearly symmetrical, and the vertical winding arrangement P1ap of each inductance component P1... before inversion and the vertical winding arrangement P1an after inversion are configured to be linearly symmetrical.

[0012] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the inductance components P1... may include a transformer Tt made up of two or more windings Cf, Cs, and may include a choke coil Tc made up of a single coil Cm. The inductance components P1... may be parallel to the side surface Fs1... on which some of the connection terminals Ea... are exposed, and may have a line in the horizontal direction Dh as a symmetry axis Ks. The inductance components P1... may be provided with one or more mounting parts 10... for mounting to a predetermined mounting part 51, and may be provided with magnetic cores 12, 13 for forming a magnetic path. Effect of the Invention

[0013] The power circuit winding component device 1 according to the present invention provides the following significant effects.

[0014] (1) The inductance components P1... in each power supply unit Up... can be used as a common component for each power supply unit Up... even if they are turned upside down. Therefore, in the manufacturing process, they can be used in common for a plurality of power supply units Up..., so the number of types of inductance components P1... to be prepared can be halved. This reduces the burden of component management, and since they can be manufactured without being influenced by the vertical orientation or positional relationship during mounting, it is possible to simplify manufacturing, reduce the number of manufacturing steps, and shorten the manufacturing time. Furthermore, these improvements can improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process, improve productivity, and reduce manufacturing costs. In addition, symmetry is ensured in the layout of the inductance components P1..., i.e., in terms of orientation, angle, etc., which can contribute to improving the magnetic characteristics (electrical characteristics) of the power supply circuit 100 and further improving the overall quality.

[0015] (2) In a preferred embodiment, the inductance components P1... include a transformer Tt formed by two or more windings Cf, Cs, so that the largest component constituting the main part can be the target of implementation, thereby obtaining maximum performance.

[0016] (3) In a preferred embodiment, if the inductance components P1... include a choke coil Tc composed of a single coil Cm, they can be combined with a transformer Tt, etc., so that most of the required inductance components P1... can be implemented, thereby enabling the most effective implementation.

[0017] (4) In a preferred embodiment, some of the connection terminals Ea... of the inductance components P1... are parallel to the exposed side surface Fs1..., and a straight line in the horizontal direction Dh is set as the axis of symmetry Ks of linear symmetry. This makes it possible to connect the inductance components P1... to each other in the shortest distance, thereby contributing to cost reduction and overall miniaturization by reducing the wiring leads, and also enabling the magnetic characteristics to be made uniform and stabilized.

[0018] (5) In a preferred embodiment, by providing one or more mounting portions 10... on the inductance components P1... for mounting to a specified mounting portion 51, the inductance components P1... can be easily and universally mounted without affecting the inductance components P1... by adding a separator member to the mounting portions 10... as necessary.

[0019] (6) In a preferred embodiment, by providing the inductance components P1 with magnetic cores 12 that form a magnetic path, a symmetrical arrangement including the cores 12 can be achieved, making it possible to easily and flexibly implement the design regardless of whether the cores 12 are present or not. [0021] Next, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0022] First, the configuration of a power circuit winding component device 1 according to this embodiment will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10. FIG.

[0023] 1 is a cross-sectional front view showing the internal configuration of a main part of a wound component device 1. The illustrated wound component device 1 includes a casing 50 made of an insulating synthetic resin material, and the bottom upper surface of the casing 50 functions as a mounting section 51. One power supply unit Up of a pair of power supply units Up, Up is disposed in the left area of the upper surface of the mounting section 51, and the other power supply unit Up is disposed in the right area. The pair of power supply units Up, Up are basically identical, and the other power supply unit Up is in a vertically inverted position relative to the one power supply unit Up.

[0024] One power supply unit Up includes two (generally, one or more) inductance components P1 and P2 as shown in Fig. 2. As an example, the inductance component P1 is a transformer Tt including two or more windings Cf and Cs, specifically, a primary winding Cf and a secondary winding Cs shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. In this way, by including a transformer Tt having two or more windings Cf and Cs, the largest component constituting the main part can be targeted, and thus maximum performance can be obtained.

[0025] Furthermore, the example shows a choke coil Tc formed of a single coil Cm as the inductance component P2. By including such a choke coil Tc, it is possible to combine with a transformer Tt, etc., so that most of the required inductance components P1... can be implemented, and therefore it can be implemented most effectively.

[0026] Next, the specific structures of the transformer Tt and the choke coil Tc that constitute the inductance components P1 and P2 will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0027] First, the structure of the transformer Tt will be described. The structure of the transformer Tt is shown in Figures 2 and 3 and Figures 5 to 8. The transformer Tt has a primary winding Cf wound in a rectangular shape as shown in Figure 5 and a secondary winding Cs wound in a rectangular shape as shown in Figure 6.

[0028] The primary winding Cf has turn coil portions 21a... formed in the shape shown in FIG. 5, and is configured by preparing four turn coil portions 21a, 21b, 21c, and 21d and stacking them in four vertical stages as shown in FIG. 7.

[0029] The fourth-stage pattern coil section 21a, which is the top stage, has a connection terminal Ec that is the outer starting end, a coil half 22r formed by winding a rectangular conductor wire having a rectangular cross section from the connection terminal Ec, for example, over 6-7 turns, and an intermediate connection part 22re provided at the inner end of the coil half 22r, as shown in Fig. 5. The third-stage pattern coil section 21b located below the pattern coil section 21a also has the same basic configuration as the pattern coil section 21a, and has a connection terminal Ed that is provided at the outer starting end, a coil half 22s formed by winding a rectangular conductor wire having a rectangular cross section from the connection terminal Ed, for example, over 6-7 turns, and an intermediate connection part 22se provided at the inner end of the coil half 22s, as shown in Fig. 5.

[0030] Therefore, by joining the intermediate connection portion 22se and the intermediate connection portion 22re by welding or the like, the coil unit Cff shown in Fig. 5 can be obtained. Note that the connection between the intermediate connection portion 22se and the intermediate connection portion 22re can be made via a step portion Bc as shown in Fig. 10(b).

[0031] Furthermore, the pattern coil portion 21d corresponding to the pattern coil portion 21a is arranged in the first stage, which is the lowest stage, and the pattern coil portion 21c corresponding to the pattern coil portion 21b is arranged in the second stage, and the coil unit Cfs can be obtained by configuring it in the same manner as the coil unit Cff described above. The coil units Cff and Cfs are arranged in a stacked state, as shown in FIG.

[0032] On the other hand, the secondary winding Cs includes pattern coil portions 23a... formed in the shape shown in Fig. 6, and is configured by preparing three pattern coil portions 23a, 23b, and 23c, and stacking them in three stages in the vertical direction as shown in Fig. 7. Specifically, the pattern coil portion 23a is arranged to face the upper surface of the pattern coil portion 21a of the above-mentioned primary winding Cf, the pattern coil portion 23b is arranged between the pattern coil portions 21b and 21c of the primary winding Cf, and the pattern coil portion 23c is arranged to face the lower surface of the pattern coil portion 21d of the primary winding Cf.

[0033] As shown in Fig. 6, the pattern coil portion 23a has a connection terminal Ea provided at the outer starting end, a coil portion 23r formed by winding a flat conductor wire having a relatively large rectangular cross-sectional area for one turn from the connection terminal Ea, and a connection terminal Eb provided at the outer end of the coil portion 23r. Pattern coil portions 23b and 23c formed in the same manner as the pattern coil portion 23a are prepared and arranged in a stacked state as shown in Fig. 7 described above.

[0034] In this laminated state, the three connection terminals Ea... of the three pattern coil parts 23a, 23b, 23c located above and below the secondary winding Cs are brought into close contact with each other, and the three connection terminals Eb... are brought into close contact with each other, and then each is joined by welding, etc. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 8(a), the two connection terminals Ec... of the two pattern coil parts 21a and 21d spaced apart above and below the primary winding Cf are brought into close contact with each other, and as shown in Fig. 8(b), the two connection terminals Ed... of the two pattern coil parts 21b and 21c spaced apart above and below the primary winding Cf are brought into close contact with each other, and then each is joined by welding, etc.

[0035] The primary winding Cf and the secondary winding Cs are integrated by applying a molding part 25 made of an insulating synthetic resin material, and four mounting parts 10... shown in FIG. 3 are integrally formed near the four corners of the molding part 25 for inserting mounting screws N... to mount the winding to the mounting part 51. Furthermore, a magnetic core 12 is provided for forming a magnetic path, which is formed of a magnetic material such as a ferrite material. For example, a pair of magnetic core halves having an E-shaped cross section can be prepared as the magnetic core 12, and the magnetic core halves can be attached to the molding part 25 so as to sandwich the magnetic core halves. By providing such magnetic cores 12..., a symmetrical arrangement including the cores 12... can be achieved, and the transformer can be easily and flexibly implemented regardless of the presence or absence of the cores 12.... This makes it possible to obtain the transformer Tt shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

[0036] Therefore, the transformer Tt configured in this manner is configured such that when it is turned upside down, the outer shape P1sp of the upper surface side before turning it over and the outer shape P1sn of the upper surface side after turning it over are line symmetrical. Also, the winding arrangement P1ap in the vertical direction before turning it over and the winding arrangement P1an in the vertical direction after turning it over are line symmetrical. In this case, the axis of symmetry Ks of the line symmetry can be a straight line in the horizontal direction Dh that is parallel to the side surface Fs1 on which the connection terminals Ea... of the transformer Tt are exposed.

[0037] Next, the structure of the choke coil Tc will be described. The structure of the choke coil Tc is shown in Figures 4 and 9-10.

[0038] The choke coil Tc is composed of a single coil Cm wound over two turns to form a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. 9. Specifically, the coil Cm can be formed by preparing pattern coil parts 31p and 31q wound over one turn and combining them. Specifically, the pattern coil part 31p is formed of a connection terminal Ef provided at the outer starting end, a coil half part 32r formed from the connection terminal Ef by forming a flat conductor wire having a rectangular cross section over one turn, and a connection end part 32re provided at the inner end part of the coil half part 32r, as shown in FIG. 9. Two pattern coil parts 31p are prepared, and one of them can be used as the pattern coil part 31q. In this case, the pattern coil part 31q may be turned upside down with respect to the pattern coil part 31p, and the connection end parts 32re may be combined together by welding or the like, as shown in FIG. 9. The combined state of the connection end parts 32re is shown by the symbol Bc in FIG. 10(b). As a result, a connection terminal Ee is provided at the tip of the pattern coil portion 31q.

[0039] As shown in FIG. 10(a), the coil Cm is integrated by applying a molding part 33 made of an insulating synthetic resin material, and two mounting parts 10... shown in FIG. 4 are integrally formed in front and behind the molding part 33, for inserting a mounting screw N to mount the coil Cm to the mounting part 51. Furthermore, a magnetic core 13 is provided that is made of a magnetic material such as a ferrite material and forms a magnetic path. As shown in FIG. 10(a), for example, a pair of magnetic core halves 13p and 13q having an E-shaped cross section are prepared as the magnetic core 13, and the magnetic core halves 13p and 13q can be attached to the molding part 33 so as to be sandwiched between them. If such a magnetic core 13 is provided, a symmetrical arrangement including the magnetic core 13 is possible, and the coil Cm can be easily and flexibly implemented regardless of the presence or absence of the magnetic core 13. This makes it possible to obtain the choke coil Tc shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4.

[0040] The choke coil Tc thus configured is configured such that when it is turned upside down, the outer shape P2sp of the upper surface side before turning is line-symmetrical with the outer shape P2sn of the upper surface side after turning. Also, the winding arrangement P2ap in the up-down direction before turning the choke coil Tc is line-symmetrical with the winding arrangement P2an in the up-down direction after turning. In this case, the line parallel to the side surface Fs2 where the connection terminals Ee... of the choke coil Tc are exposed and in the horizontal direction Dh can be set as the symmetry axis Ks of the line symmetry.

[0041] Next, an example of a method for manufacturing the winding component device 1 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0042] 11 shows the mounting portion 51 provided on the bottom surface of the casing 50. First, one of the power supply units Up is assembled in the left area of the mounting portion 51. Specifically, four mounting screws N are inserted into the four mounting portions 10 of the transformer Tt, respectively, for four mounting holes 52 provided in the upper position of the left area, and the mounting screws N are screwed into the corresponding mounting holes 52 to fix the transformer Tt.

[0043] In addition, in the same manner as in the case of the transformer Tt, two mounting screws N are inserted through each of the two mounting portions 10 of the choke coil Tc for the two mounting holes 53 provided at the lower position of the left side area, and the mounting screws N are screwed into the corresponding mounting holes 53 to fix the choke coil Tc.

[0044] At this time, the connection terminals Ea... of the transformer Tt are arranged toward the center position of the casing 50 as shown in FIG. 11, and the connection terminals Ee... of the choke coil Tc are also arranged toward the center position of the casing 50.

[0045] Next, as shown in FIG. 12, the other power supply unit Up is assembled in the right area of the mounting section 51. In this case, the transformer Tt is mounted in the upper position of the right area, and the choke coil Tc is mounted in the lower position of the right area. At this time, the connection terminals Ea... of the transformer Tt and the connection terminals Ee... of the choke coil Tc are arranged so as to be line-symmetrical with the corresponding connection terminals Ea... of the transformer Tt and the connection terminals Ee... of the choke coil Tc in the left area. Therefore, in this case, the transformer Tt and the choke coil Tc in the right area use the same transformer Tt and choke coil Tc as the transformer Tt and the choke coil Tc in the left area, and when mounting, the transformer Tt and the choke coil Tc are arranged in a vertically inverted orientation.

[0046] If the transformers Tt and choke coils Tc constituting the inductance components P1... are mounted in this way, they will be parallel to the side surfaces Fs1, Fs2 on which the connection terminals Ea..., Ee... are exposed, and a straight line in the horizontal direction Dh will become the axis of symmetry Ks for line symmetry, making it possible to connect the transformers Tt... to each other, the choke coils Tc... to each other, and even the transformers Tt and the choke coils Tc to each other in the shortest distance. This contributes to cost reduction and overall size reduction by reducing the number of wiring leads, and also makes it possible to achieve uniform and stable magnetic properties.

[0047] 13 shows a part of an electric circuit 100 of one power supply unit Up having a winding component device 1 including a transformer Tt and a choke coil Tc. In this power supply unit Up, Tt represents the aforementioned transformer (inductance component P1), and Tc represents the aforementioned choke coil Tc (inductance component P2). Reference numeral 1 represents the winding component device 1 in one power supply unit Up shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 11.

[0048] In the power supply unit Up, a winding component device 1 is constituted by a choke coil Tc connected in series to one end of a primary winding Cf of a transformer Tt. A bridge rectifier circuit 101 is connected to the primary winding Cf side of the transformer Tt, and an input circuit 102 is constituted including the bridge rectifier circuit 101 and the winding component device 1. A low-current DC with a relatively high voltage is input to the input circuit 102. On the other hand, an output circuit 103 having a rectifying and smoothing function is connected to the secondary winding Cs of the transformer Tt. As a result, a high-current DC with a relatively low voltage is output from the output circuit 103.

[0049] Therefore, a plurality of power supply units Up... are provided, and in the illustrated example, the power supply circuit 100 is configured by connecting the plurality of power supply units Up... in parallel.

[0050] Meanwhile, Fig. 14 shows a modified example of the winding component device 1. Fig. 14 shows a configuration basically similar to that of Fig. 1. In the illustrated example, the inductance components P1... are provided with one or more mounting portions 10... for mounting to a predetermined mounting portion 51 on the choke coil Tc, but depending on the casing 50 to be mounted, the shape may be restricted or may have to be irregular. In this case, an example is shown in which the inductance components P1... can be mounted by providing an additional attachment to the casing 50. Specifically, in the illustrated example, a separator member 200 is added to the mounting portion 10, and the choke coil Tc can be mounted to the mounting portion 51 without changing the shape of the choke coil Tc.

[0051] In this way, by providing one or more mounting portions 10... on the inductance components P1... for mounting to a specified mounting portion 51, and by providing additional attachments such as separator members as necessary, the inductance components P1... can be mounted easily and generally without affecting the inductance components P1....

[0052] Thus, in the winding component device 1 according to this embodiment, as a basic configuration, each inductance component P1... provided in at least one pair of power supply units Up, Up of the multiple power supply units Up... is configured so that when turned upside down, the outer shape P1sp of the upper surface side before turning over and the outer shape P1sn of the upper surface side after turning over are line symmetrical, and at least one pair of power supply units Up, Up is provided in which the winding arrangement P1ap in the vertical direction before turning over of each inductance component P1... is line symmetrical with the winding arrangement P1an in the vertical direction after turning over, so that each inductance component P1... in each power supply unit Up... can be used as a common component for each power supply unit Up... even when turned upside down. Therefore, in the manufacturing process, since it can be used in common for the multiple power supply units Up..., the number of types of inductance components P1... to be prepared can be halved. This not only reduces the burden of component management, but also enables manufacturing without being affected by the vertical orientation or positional relationship during implementation, thereby simplifying manufacturing, reducing manufacturing labor and shortening manufacturing time. Furthermore, these improvements result in more efficient manufacturing processes, improved productivity, and reduced manufacturing costs. In addition, symmetry is ensured in the layout of each inductance component P1..., i.e., in terms of orientation, angle, etc., which contributes to improving the magnetic characteristics (electrical characteristics) of the power supply circuit 100 and also to improving the overall quality.

[0053] Although the preferred embodiment has been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and the detailed configuration, shape, material, quantity, numerical values, etc. can be changed, added, or deleted as desired without departing from the gist of the present invention.

[0054] For example, the example shows a case where one or more inductance components P1... include one transformer Tt and one choke coil Tc, but any number of these components can be used, and the case where only one of the transformer Tt or the choke coil Tc is used is not excluded. In addition, the example shows a case where a pair of power supply units Up, Up is provided, but the case where two or more sets are provided is not excluded. Furthermore, although it is preferable that the pair of power supply units Up, Up are connected in parallel, the case where they are connected in series is not excluded. On the other hand, the example shows a case where the inductance component P1... is provided with one or more mounting parts 10... for mounting to a predetermined mounting part 51, but the inductance component P1... does not have to be provided with the mounting parts 10..., and the mounting parts 10... may be provided on a separate member, and this separate member may be combined with the inductance component P1... without the mounting parts 10.... In addition, the configuration of the outer shape P1sp on the upper surface side and the outer shape P1sn on the upper surface side being line symmetrical means that they can be mounted in the same state during mounting, and it is not necessary that all the shapes are identical in detail. Furthermore, it is desirable to provide the inductance components P1 with magnetic cores 12 and 13 that form a magnetic path, but this is not an essential requirement. [Industrial Applicability]
