Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a floating foundation and a platform used in the method for manufacturing a floating foundation. [Background technology]

[0002] Demand for renewable energy is increasing with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Renewable energy sources include, for example, solar power generation, wind power generation, hydroelectric power generation, geothermal power generation, and biomass power generation. Wind power generation facilities are often installed in mountainous areas away from residential areas because the noise and vibrations caused by wind turbines can affect the living environment and the impact on living space, etc. must be fully considered. However, it is difficult to secure land for installing large wind turbines in mountainous areas, and it is also difficult to secure transportation routes to wind power generation facilities and install transmission lines, etc. For this reason, installation of wind power generation facilities on the sea (on water) is being considered.

[0003] When constructing a structure on water, a floating foundation may be used as the foundation structure. Floating foundations include semi-submersible, spar, purge, and TLP types. Of these, semi-submersible foundations (semi-submersible floating foundations) are made up of a center column that supports the wind turbine's support columns, multiple side columns spaced apart around the center column, and beams that connect the center column and side columns, and have a relatively good track record due to their excellent stability against waves and wind. Semi-submersible floating foundations are often made primarily of steel members, but if they are constructed from concrete, costs can be reduced. One possible method for manufacturing a semi-submersible floating foundation made of concrete is to build it in a dock and then tow it out to sea for installation. However, a method for manufacturing a floating foundation made of concrete in a dock has not yet been established, and an efficient method for manufacturing a floating foundation in a dock is desired.

[0004] Here, Patent Document 1 proposes a tower assembly method in which multiple tower components created by dividing the tower of an offshore wind turbine vertically are assembled on a platform with jacks constructed on a base installed on the ground, with the base being used as a base. Meanwhile, Patent Document 2 proposes an installation method for an offshore wind turbine in which the tower of the offshore wind turbine is divided in the height direction to create multiple tower members, which are then assembled and installed offshore. This installation method includes a caisson installation process in which a caisson, which serves as the foundation of the offshore wind turbine, is installed at the installation position of the offshore wind turbine, an assembly process in which multiple tower members are assembled in the caisson, and a blade installation process in which blades are installed to a nacelle attached to the uppermost tower member. Although Patent Documents 1 and 2 describe an efficient tower assembly method, they do not describe a technique for efficiently fabricating a floating foundation made of concrete in a dock. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2021-80852 [Patent Document 2] Patent Publication No. 2021-76043 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] An object of the present invention is to propose a method for manufacturing a floating foundation that can realize efficient manufacturing of a floating foundation made of concrete, and a mounting base to be used in this method for manufacturing a floating foundation. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The method for manufacturing a floating foundation of the present invention for solving the above problems includes a manufacturing step of manufacturing segments on a frame provided in a manufacturing yard, a moving step of moving the frame on which the segments are placed from the manufacturing yard to a connection yard by a transport means, and a connecting step of connecting the segments in the connection yard to form a floating foundation. The frame includes a manufacturing plate on which the segments are placed, a frame main girder that supports the manufacturing plate, and a support member that supports the frame main girder, and the frame main girder is reinforced in a portion where the deflection of the frame main girder increases due to the weight of the segments.

[0008] According to this method of manufacturing a floating foundation, a number of concrete sections that form the floating foundation are manufactured on a rack in a manufacturing yard, and then the multiple sections are transported together with the rack by a transport means to a connecting yard, where each section is connected on the rack to manufacture the floating foundation, thereby enabling efficient manufacture of concrete floating foundations in a dock. In addition, the main girder of the frame is reinforced in areas where large deflections are expected, so deformation (deflection) of the main girder is less likely to affect the dimensional accuracy of the segments or the alignment of the segments relative to each other, allowing for efficient construction.

[0009] Reinforcement structures for the main girder of the frame include a structure in which a reinforcing pillar is interposed between the underside of the main girder of the frame and the ground surface, a structure in which the rigidity of a part of the main girder of the frame is increased, and a structure in which a riser is provided on the main girder of the frame according to the weight of the divided body. The reinforcing columns are preferably detachably attached to the underside of the main girder of the frame or rotatably attached to the underside of the main girder of the frame. In this way, by removing or rotating the reinforcing columns, a space for a transport means to enter the underside of the main girder of the frame can be secured. The transport means is preferably a self-propelled cart equipped with a lifting mechanism that lifts the frame and lifts it off the ground.

[0010] Furthermore, if an auxiliary plate material that closes the gap between adjacent racks is rotatably attached to the edge of the production plate, the auxiliary plate material functions as a bottom formwork when connecting the separate bodies in the connection process, eliminating the need to provide a separate formwork. If a load distribution member placed on the ground surface is fixed to the lower part of the support member, the load acting on the support member can be distributed via the load distribution member placed on the ground, thereby increasing the bearing capacity of the support member. If the production plate has multiple openings that penetrate the production plate vertically, when the floating foundation is launched from the dock together with the frame, the buoyancy of the water acts on the floating foundation through the openings, and the floating foundation and the frame (production plate) are separated. Therefore, it is possible to launch the floating foundation simply and efficiently without using a large-scale lifting machine or the like. Furthermore, if markings or guides corresponding to the shape of the divided bodies are provided on the upper surface of the base, positioning of the divided bodies during production will be facilitated. Effect of the Invention

[0011] According to the method for manufacturing a floating foundation and the stand used in the method for manufacturing a floating foundation of the present invention, it is possible to realize efficient manufacturing of a floating foundation made of concrete in a dock. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] Below, we will explain the floating structure 1 moored on the water (sea). Figure 1 shows the floating structure 1 of this embodiment. The floating structure 1 is an offshore wind power generation facility, and includes a wind turbine 21, a superstructure 2 having a pillar 22 supporting the wind turbine 21, and a floating foundation 3 supporting the superstructure 2. The superstructure 2 is provided at a position higher than the water surface via a floating foundation (float) 3 moored on the water. The wind turbine 21 is rotatably provided on the upper end of the pillar 22. The pillar 22 is erected on the floating foundation 3. The floating foundation 3 is shown in Figure 2. As shown in Figure 2, the floating foundation 3 of this embodiment includes a center column 31 that supports the support pillars 22 of the wind turbine 21, three side columns 32, 32, 32 arranged at intervals around the center column 31, and beams 33, 33, 33 that connect the center column 31 and the side column 32. The center column 31, the side column 32, and the beams 33 are formed by connecting a plurality of divided bodies 30.

[0014] As shown in FIG. 1, the center column 31 has a cylindrical shape and is disposed in the center of the foundation 3 . The side columns 32 are cylindrical, and three of them are arranged around the center column 31. The intervals between adjacent side columns 32 are the same. The side columns 32 are connected to the center column 31 via beams 33. The beam 33 connects the center column 31 and the side column 32. One end of the beam 33 is connected to the center column 31, and the other end of the beam 33 is connected to the side column 32. The beam 33 in this embodiment has a shape of a rectangular column turned sideways.

[0015] As shown in Fig. 3, the floating foundation 3 (center column 31, side columns 32 and beams 33) are fabricated as separate bodies in a fabrication yard Y1 in various forms, and each separate body is transported to a connection yard Y2 and connected to fabricate the floating foundation 3. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a dock D. Here, the floating foundation 3 to be fabricated has three side columns 32, but it may also have a form in which four beams 33 are arranged at 90 degree intervals in a plan view around the center column 31, and the side columns 32 are connected to each beam 33.

[0016] The floating foundation 3 is fabricated in a factory having a dock D. As shown in Fig. 3, around the dock D are a plurality of fabrication yards Y1 for fabricating a plurality of types of segments 30 constituting the floating foundation 3, and a connection yard Y2 for fabricating the floating foundation 3 by connecting the segments 30 transported from each fabrication yard Y1. Note that the fabrication yard Y1 and the connection yard Y2 do not need to be strictly separated, and it is acceptable for them to overlap in part.

[0017] The quay P on the side of the connecting yard Y2 faces the sea S where the manufactured floating foundation 3 will be towed and installed, and a barge B is moored to the dock D for loading the manufactured floating foundation 3 and towing it to the designated installation position for installation. In this embodiment, the superstructure 2 (pillars 22) is connected at sea to the floating foundation 3 that has been towed to a predetermined position on the sea (offshore) using a barge equipped with a lifting machine. The method of connecting the superstructure 2 to the floating foundation 3 is not limited, and examples include a method of connecting the superstructure 2 while lifting each component (wind turbine 21, pillars 22, etc.) with heavy machinery 55 at the connection yard Y2, and a method of connecting the superstructure 2 from a quay P to the floating foundation 3 on the water or on a barge moored to a dock D using heavy machinery.

[0018] First Embodiment The construction method of the floating foundation of the first embodiment will be described. The steps of the construction method of the floating foundation are shown in Fig. 4. As shown in Fig. 4, the construction method of the floating foundation includes a fabrication process S1, a transportation process S2, an arrangement process S3, a connection process (tensioning process) S4, a frame fixing process S5, and a launching process S6. In the manufacturing process S1, the segments are manufactured on a frame 4 provided in a manufacturing yard. The frame 4 is shown in Fig. 5. As shown in Fig. 5, the frame 4 includes a manufacturing plate 43 on which the segments are placed, a frame main girder 41 that supports the manufacturing plate, and a support member 42 that supports the frame main girder 41.

[0019] The manufacturing plate 43 is a member capable of manufacturing a divided body on the upper surface. FIG. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of the frame 4. As shown in FIG. 6, the manufacturing plate 43 has a plurality of openings 43a, 43a, ... formed therein, which penetrate the manufacturing plate 43 vertically. The opening 43a is provided with a lid member 44. The lid member 44 is inserted from the lower side of the opening 43a to cover the opening 43a, and is removed from the opening 43a to open the opening 43a. When the lid member 44 is inserted into the opening 43a, the upper surface of the lid member 44 coincides with (is flush with) the upper surface of the manufacturing plate 43. That is, when the lid member 44 is installed in the opening 43a, the manufacturing plate 43 forms a flat surface. The lid member 44 is fixed to the flange of the frame main girder 41 via the bolt 44a. The configuration of the lid member 44 is not limited, and for example, the lid member 44 may be rotatably attached to the frame main girder 41 via a hinge or the like.

[0020] The frame main girders 41 are made of steel (H-shaped steel in this embodiment) and support the fabricated plate 43. The frame main girders 41 suppress the fabricated plate 43 from bending due to the weight of the divided bodies. In this embodiment, the frame main girders 41 are combined in a lattice pattern, but the arrangement of the frame main girders 41 is not limited. A reinforcing support 45 is provided on the underside of the frame main girder 41, which is assembled in a lattice shape. FIG. 7 shows the reinforcing support 45. In FIG. 7, the production plate 43 and the edge cutting material 6 are omitted. As shown in FIG. 7(a) and (b), the reinforcing support 45 is interposed between the frame main girder 41 and the ground surface. In this embodiment, the reinforcing support 45 is disposed near the middle between the left and right support members 42, 42. The multiple reinforcing support columns 45 are disposed in a row. As shown in FIG. 7(b) and (c), the reinforcing support 45 is rotatably attached to the underside of the frame main girder 41. That is, the reinforcing support 45 can be folded toward the frame main girder 41. When the reinforcing support 45 is erected, it functions as a support for the frame main girder 41, and when the reinforcing support 45 is folded, an entrance space 47 into which the transport means 7 can enter is formed below the frame main girder 41. In this embodiment, a jack is provided at the lower end of the reinforcing column 45 in preparation for ground subsidence caused by the load during the manufacturing of the divided bodies. In other words, even if ground subsidence occurs, the jack can be extended to prevent the frame main girder 41 from being deflected.

[0021] The support member 42 is a member that supports the main girder 41 of the frame. As shown in FIG. 5, the support member 42 in this embodiment is disposed along the left and right edges of the main girder 41 of the frame. In this embodiment, the main girder 41 of the frame is disposed at a predetermined height by stacking a plurality of support members 42. FIG. 8 shows the lower part of the support member 42. As shown in FIG. 8, a load distribution member 5 that abuts against the ground surface is fixed to the lower part of the support member 42. The load distribution member 5 distributes the load acting on the ground by widening the abutment surface of the lower end of the support member 42 with the ground. The load distribution member 5 in this embodiment is formed by arranging a plurality of H-shaped steels side by side.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 5, an edge cutting material 6 is provided on the upper surface of the production plate 43. The edge cutting material 6 is interposed between the partition and the production plate 43, and is capable of reducing the resistance force generated between the production plate 43 and the partition when a horizontal force is applied to the partition. The edge cutting material 6 in this embodiment is made of a plate material with a friction reduction treatment applied to its upper surface. The edge cutting material 6 has sufficient strength (rigidity) to withstand the upper load (vertical force) when the partition is produced. The edge cutting material 6 is shown in FIG. 9. Also, as shown in FIG. 9, a marking M or guide corresponding to the shape of the partition is provided on the upper surface of the edge cutting material 6.

[0023] In the manufacturing process S1, as shown in Figs. 7(a) and (b), reinforcing columns 45 are erected on the underside of the main girder 41 of the frame, and the reinforcing columns 45 are interposed between the underside of the main girder 41 of the frame and the ground surface to reinforce the main girder 41 of the frame. This prevents the main girder 41 of the frame from sagging due to the weight of the divided bodies. The divided bodies are formed along the markings M or guides provided on the upper surface of the edge cutting material 6. At this time, the opening 43a of the manufacturing plate 43 is covered by the lid material 44.

[0024] In the moving step S2, the platform 4 on which the divided bodies are placed is moved from the production yard to the connection yard (see FIG. 3). The platform 4 is moved by the conveying means 7. As shown in FIG. 7(c), the conveying means 7 enters the entry space 47 formed below the platform main girder 41 by folding the reinforcing struts 45. FIG. 10 shows the conveying means 7. The conveying means 7 is a self-propelled cart equipped with a lifting mechanism that lifts the platform 4 and lifts it off the ground. The conveying means 7 has a plurality of axles 73 provided for a long car body 71 in the axial direction of the car body (L direction), and each axle 73 has a plurality of pairs of left and right wheels 75 spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the car body axis, all of the wheels 75 are rotatably attached to the corresponding axles 73, and a loading platform 72 on the car body 71 is attached so as to be freely raised and lowered by a lifting mechanism (not shown), thereby forming the whole. The transport means 7 enters the entry space 47 of the stand 4 with the loading platform 72 in a lowered position, and when transporting the stand 4 together with the divided body, the loading platform 72 is raised by the lifting mechanism, thereby allowing the stand 4 to be lifted off the ground.

[0025] In the connecting yard 20, the center column 31 and the three side columns 32 are positioned together with the racks 4 on which they are placed. At this time, gaps are provided between the center column 31 and each side column 32 so that the beams 33 can be inserted. In the gaps, the segments that make up the beams 33 are placed together with the racks 4. Figure 11 shows the racks 4, 4 arranged side by side. The edge cutting material 6 is not shown in Figure 11. 11(a) and (b), an auxiliary plate 46 that closes the gap between the adjacent production plates 43 (frames 4) is rotatably attached to the edge of the production plate 43 (frame 4). Once the frame 4 is placed in a predetermined position, the auxiliary plate 46 is lifted and placed in the gap between the adjacent production plates 43. In this way, the production plates 43 are connected to each other to form a continuous flat surface.

[0026] In the arrangement step S3, the multiple segments are arranged side by side and the tendons are inserted through the multiple segments. At this time, the segments are arranged in predetermined positions while still placed on the frame 4. After the segments are arranged in the predetermined positions, the same tendons are inserted through the multiple segments.

[0027] In the connecting step S4, the multiple segments are connected in the connecting yard to form the floating foundation 3. The connecting step S4 is shown in Fig. 12. As shown in Fig. 12(a), in the connecting step S4, prestress is introduced (tension is applied) via tendons inserted through the multiple segments. At this time, as shown in Fig. 12(b), the segments slide over the upper surfaces of the edge cutting materials 6, so that the segments move without resisting the tension.

[0028] In the frame fixing process S5, the frame 4 is fixed onto the barge B. FIG. 13 shows the fixed state of the frame 4. Note that the production plate 43 and the edge cutting material 6 are omitted in FIG. 13. The multiple frames 4, with the floating foundations 3 placed on them, are transported to the barge B by the transport means 7 that has entered each entry space. The multiple transport means 7 synchronize their operations and move simultaneously. As shown in FIGS. 13(a) and (b), each frame 4 is fixed to the barge B by a fixing device 8 formed on the barge B.

[0029] In the launching process S6, the barge B is submerged to launch the floating foundation 3. After the floating foundation 3 is fixed to the barge B, the barge B is towed to a predetermined position. Next, the barge B is submerged. When the barge B is submerged, the opening 43a of the production plate 43 is opened, so that the buoyancy of the water acts on the floating foundation 3. When the barge B is submerged with the opening 43a open, the buoyancy of the water that has entered the opening 43a acts on the edge-cutting material 6. As a result, the floating foundation 3 is separated from the frame 4 together with the edge-cutting material 6. Once launched, the floating foundation 3 is moored in a designated position.

[0030] According to the method for manufacturing a floating foundation of this embodiment, multiple concrete segments that form the floating foundation 3 are manufactured on frames 4 in individual manufacturing yards Y1, and then the multiple segments are transported together with the frames 4 by a transport means 7 to a connecting yard Y2, where each segment is connected on the frames 4 to manufacture the floating foundation 3, thereby enabling efficient manufacture of the concrete floating foundation 3. In addition, since the main girder 41 of the frame 4 is reinforced by reinforcing columns 45 in areas where large deflection is expected, deformation (deflection) of the main girder 41 of the frame is less likely to affect the dimensional accuracy of the segments or the alignment of the segments with each other, allowing for efficient construction.

[0031] In addition, since the auxiliary plate material 46 that closes the gap between the edge of the production plate 43 and other adjacent stands 41 is rotatably attached, the auxiliary plate material 46 functions as a bottom formwork when connecting the divided bodies together in the connection process, eliminating the need to provide a separate formwork. Since the production plate 43 has a plurality of openings 43a that penetrate the production plate 43 vertically, when the floating foundation 3 is launched from the dock D together with the frame 4, the buoyancy of the water acts on the floating foundation 3 through the openings 43a, and the floating foundation 3 and the frame 4 can be separated. Therefore, it is possible to launch the floating foundation 3 simply and efficiently without using a large-scale lifting machine or the like.

[0032] When prestressing is applied, resistance is reduced at the contact surface between the partition and the frame 4 (edge cutting material 6), so the necessary tension can be easily applied, allowing for efficient construction. Furthermore, since markings or guides corresponding to the shape of the divided bodies are provided on the upper surface of the edge cutting material 6, positioning during production of the divided bodies is easy.

[0033] Since the load distribution member 5 placed on the ground surface is fixed to the lower part of the support member 42, it is possible to distribute the load acting on the support member 42 via the load distribution member 5 placed on the ground, and ultimately, the bearing capacity of the support member 42 can be increased. The reinforcing pillar 45 is rotatably attached to the underside of the main girder 41 of the frame. By rotating the reinforcing pillar 45, a space can be secured below the main girder 41 of the frame for the transport means 7 to enter.

[0034] Second Embodiment Next, a construction method for a floating foundation according to a second embodiment will be described. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that a hollow member having multiple cavities is used as the edge cutting material, which is made of a plate material. The construction method for a floating foundation includes a manufacturing process S1, a moving process S2, a placement process S3, a connection process (tensioning process) S4, a frame fixing process S5, and a launching process S6 (see FIG. 4). In the manufacturing process S1, the segments are manufactured on a frame 4 provided in a manufacturing yard. A second embodiment of the frame 4 is shown in Fig. 14. As shown in Fig. 14, the frame 4 includes a manufacturing plate 48 on which the segments are placed, a frame main girder 41 that supports the manufacturing plate, and a support member 42 that supports the frame main girder 41.

[0035] The manufacturing plate 43 is a member on which the divided bodies can be manufactured. The manufacturing plate 48 is made of an iron plate and forms a flat surface on which the divided bodies are manufactured and placed. An edge cutting material 60 is provided on the upper surface of the production plate 43. The edge cutting material 60 is interposed between the divided body and the production plate 43, and has sufficient strength (rigidity) against the upper load (vertical force) when the divided body is produced, and can reduce the resistance force generated between the production plate 43 and the divided body when a horizontal force is applied to the divided body. The edge cutting material 60 in this embodiment is made of a material (e.g., polypropylene) that has low resistance (rigidity) against horizontal forces, and is a hollow member having multiple cavities 61. A marking M or guide corresponding to the shape of the divided body is provided on the upper surface of the edge cutting material 60 (see FIG. 9).

[0036] Other details of the mount 4 (the mount main girder 41, the support member 42, the reinforcing pillar 45, etc.) are similar to those of the mount 4 shown in the first embodiment, and therefore detailed description thereof will be omitted. Moreover, the details of the manufacturing process S1, the moving process S2, the arrangement process S3, and the frame fixing process S5 are similar to those shown in the first embodiment, and therefore detailed explanations thereof will be omitted.

[0037] In the connecting step S4, the multiple segments are connected in the connecting yard to form the floating foundation 3. The connecting step S4 is shown in Figure 15. In the connecting step S4, prestress is introduced via tendons inserted through the multiple segments (see Figure 12). When prestress is introduced to the tendons, the edge cutters are deformed, as shown in Figures 15(a) and (b), and the segments 30 move without resisting the tension force.

[0038] In the launching process S6, the barge B is submerged to launch the floating foundation 3. After the floating foundation 3 is fixed to the barge B, the barge B is towed to a predetermined position. Next, the barge B is submerged. When the barge B is submerged, buoyancy acts on the floating foundation 3, causing the floating foundation 3 to float on the water, and the frame 4 is submerged together with the barge. At this time, water enters the cavity 61 of the edge cutting material 60, causing buoyancy to act on the edge cutting material 60. As a result, the floating foundation 3 together with the edge cutting material 60 is separated from the frame 4 and floats on the water. Once launched, the floating foundation 3 is moored in a designated position.

[0039] According to the second embodiment of the method for manufacturing a floating foundation, when prestress is introduced, the edge-cutting material 6 deforms, thereby reducing the resistance at the contact surface between the partition body and the base 4 (edge-cutting material 6), so that the required tension can be easily introduced and construction can be carried out efficiently. The other functions and effects of the method for manufacturing a floating foundation according to the second embodiment are similar to those of the first embodiment, so a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[0040] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and each of the above-described components can be appropriately modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in each of the above embodiments, the case has been described in which the floating structure 1 is an offshore wind power generation facility, but the floating structure 1 is not limited to an offshore wind power generation facility. Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the floating foundation 3 is of a semi-submersible type, but the structure of the floating foundation 3 is not limited thereto, and it may be of a barge type, for example. Furthermore, the number of side columns 32 constituting the floating foundation 3 is not limited and may be, for example, four or more. Furthermore, the support columns 22 of the wind turbine 21 may be erected on the side columns 32.

[0041] In the above embodiment, the reinforcing column 45 is rotatably provided on the underside of the main girder 41 of the frame. However, the reinforcing column 45 may be detachable from the main girder 41 of the frame. In this case, the reinforcing column 45 may be a unit body formed by combining a plurality of reinforcing columns 45 so as to be able to enter the entry space below the main girder 41 of the frame, as shown in Fig. 16. Also, the reinforcing column 45 may be rotatably provided on the ground directly below the main girder 41 of the frame, as shown in Figs. 17(a) and 17(b), and may be erected to reinforce the main girder 41 of the frame.

[0042] In the above embodiment, the case where the main girder 41 of the frame is reinforced by providing the reinforcing pillar 45 has been described, but as shown in Fig. 18(a), a reinforcing part 41a may be provided on the main girder 41 of the frame in a portion where the deflection of the main girder 41 of the frame increases due to the weight of the divided body, or as shown in Fig. 18(b), a ridge may be provided on the main girder 41 of the frame depending on the weight of the divided body. Note that the production plate 43 and the edge cutting materials 6, 60 are omitted in Figs. 16 to 18.

[0043] In the above embodiment, the case where the edge cutting materials 6, 60 are laid on the upper surface of the stand 4 has been described, but the edge cutting materials 6, 60 may be used as required. In the above embodiment, a case has been described in which a member capable of reducing the resistance force generated between the main girder 41 of the frame and the partition body when a horizontal force is applied to the partition body is used as the edge cutting material 6, but the configuration of the edge cutting material is not limited to that shown in the above embodiment. For example, the edge cutting material 6 may be made of a material with low shear rigidity (e.g., polypropylene). Furthermore, the edge cutting material 6 may have a structure in which a large number of spheres (e.g., steel balls) or cylindrical rollers are interposed between a pair of upper and lower plate materials (e.g., steel plates). In the above embodiment, a marking or guide is provided on the upper surface of the edge cutting material 6, but if the edge cutting material 6 is not used, the marking or guide may be provided on the production plate 43.
