Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an air conditioning channel unit for a seat, and more particularly to an air conditioning channel unit for a seat that includes a cover member for covering an air vent channel formed on the rear surface of a pad and a blower connected to the air vent channel. [Background technology]
[0002] Patent Document 1 discloses an air conditioning passage unit for a seat, which includes a cover member that covers the back surface of a cushion pad to cover a concave air passage formed on the back surface of the pad, and a blower that draws air from the air passage through a connection port formed in the cover member. The blower draws air from the air passage and exhausts it below the cushion pad, thereby efficiently ventilating the inside of the pad. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2018-144591 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] The blower is attached to and supported by the cushion frame. Therefore, the blower is not mechanically joined to the connection port of the cover member, but is simply positioned so that it overlaps the connection port. This raises concerns that the relative positioning of the blower and the connection port may be misaligned due to factors such as the cushion pad shifting relative to the cushion frame due to seating weight, which could result in a reduction in the blower's intake and exhaust performance. To address this issue, we provide a seat air conditioning channel unit that prevents the blower from shifting relative to the cover member. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] In order to solve the above problems, the seat air conditioning channel unit of the present invention takes the following measures.
[0006] A first aspect of the present invention is an air conditioning flow path unit for a seat, comprising: a cover portion that covers a seat pad so as to form a flow path wall of a concave air flow path formed in the seat pad; a planar cover member that is formed in part of the cover portion and has a connection port to which a blower is connected from the back side of the seat; a front-side mounting member that has a front-side abutment portion that is brought into contact with the cover member from the front side of the seat; a fixing portion that fixes the front-side mounting member to the cover member; and a back-side mounting member that is provided on the back side of the seat of the cover member and has a blower mounting portion to which the blower is attached, wherein one of the front-side mounting member and the back-side mounting member has a protrusion that protrudes toward the other through the connection port, and the other has a fitting portion that fits with the protrusion by relative rotation around the connection port along the cover surface of the cover member, and the back-side mounting member is attached to the front-side mounting member by fitting the fitting portion.
[0007] According to the above-described configuration, the blower can be attached to the cover member having the connection port via the front mounting member and the back mounting member, which makes it difficult for the blower to become misaligned with the cover member.
[0008] A second aspect of the present invention is a seat air-conditioning channel unit according to the first aspect, wherein the rear-side mounting member has a rear-side contact portion that contacts the cover member from the rear side of the seat and sandwiches the cover member between the rear-side contact portion and the front-side contact portion, and the fixing portion has a structure that sandwiches the cover member between the front-side contact portion and the rear-side contact portion. This configuration allows the front-side mounting member and the rear-side mounting member to be properly fixed to the cover member, thereby more appropriately preventing the blower from shifting relative to the cover member.
[0009] A third aspect of the present invention is a seat air-conditioning passage unit according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, wherein the protruding portion protrudes from the front mounting member through the connection port toward the back side of the seat and forms a hook portion that folds back at the end of the protruding portion outward in the radial direction of the connection port, and the fitting portion formed on the back mounting member is fitted to the hook portion with a rotational snap fit. According to the above configuration, the fitting portion is assembled to the hook portion in a state where it is prevented from coming off the hook portion by the snap fit. Furthermore, the fitting portion and the hook portion are abutted against each other in the front-back direction of the seat by the folding back of the hook portion, thereby preventing the front mounting member and the back mounting member from falling off the cover member in the front-back direction of the seat.
[0010] A fourth aspect of the present invention is a seat air-conditioning channel unit according to the third aspect, wherein the hook portion formed on the front mounting member is inserted through the connection port and an enlarged diameter hole formed from a portion of the connection port so as to protrude toward the back side of the seat, and is positioned away from the enlarged diameter hole by rotating the front mounting member through the connection port, thereby allowing the fitting portion to be fitted between the cover member and the hook portion so as to be pressed and sandwiched. According to the above configuration, the fitting portion is fitted between the hook portion and the cover member so as to be pressed and sandwiched. This allows the front mounting member and the back mounting member to be assembled to the cover member without rattle.
[0011] A fifth aspect of the present invention is an air-conditioning channel unit for a seat according to the third aspect of the present invention, wherein the hooking portion and / or the fitting portion have an inclined driving surface that gradually drives the fitting portion toward the cover member as the rotational movement of the fitting portion to fit into the hooking portion progresses. According to the above configuration, the front-side mounting member and the back-side mounting member are each pressed against the cover member as the rotational movement of the fitting portion progresses. This allows the front-side mounting member and the back-side mounting member to be attached to the cover member so as to properly sandwich the cover member. For example, if an inclined driving surface is provided on the hooking portion, the insertion opening of the hooking portion into which the fitting portion is inserted can be widened, making it easier to insert the fitting portion. Furthermore, if an inclined driving surface is provided on the fitting portion, the tip of the fitting portion in the rotational direction can be narrowed, making it easier to insert the fitting portion into the insertion opening of the hooking portion.
[0012] A sixth aspect of the present invention is the seat air-conditioning channel unit according to the second aspect, wherein the front-side contact portion and the rear-side contact portion are abutted against the cover member so as to surround the periphery of the connection port. With this configuration, it is possible to properly seal the connection port so that air passing through the connection port does not leak to the outside.
[0013] A seventh aspect of the present invention is the seat air-conditioning passage unit according to the sixth aspect, wherein the front-side contact portion is a front-side ring plate that contacts the cover member in a planar manner so as to surround the periphery of the connection port, and the back-side contact portion is a cylindrical rib that protrudes from the back-side mounting member in a cylindrical shape so as to surround the periphery of the connection port of the cover member. According to the above configuration, the cover member is sandwiched so that the cylindrical rib makes linear contact with the planar ring plate. This allows the cover member to be appropriately sandwiched between the front-side contact portion and the back-side contact portion while ensuring a seal between the front-side contact portion and the back-side contact portion and the cover member. [0015] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 16. In the following description, when directions such as front, back, up, down, left, and right are indicated, they refer to the directions shown in each figure.
[0016] First Embodiment First, an air conditioning channel unit for a seat (air conditioning channel unit 3) according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described. As shown in Fig. 1, the air conditioning channel unit 3 is applied to a seat back 1 of an automobile seat. The seat back 1 has a back frame (not shown) that forms the framework, a back pad 2 that is attached to the back frame from the front and serves as a cushioning material, and a back cover (not shown) that covers the back pad 2 from the front. The air conditioning channel unit 3 is attached to the back of the back pad 2.
[0017] As shown in FIG. 2, the air conditioning channel unit 3 has a planar cover member 10 attached to cover the back surface of the back pad 2, and a blower case 50 attached to the cover member 10 from the back side of the seat. The air conditioning channel unit 3 also has an attachment member 4 for attaching the blower case 50 to the cover member 10. A blower (not shown) is housed inside the blower case 50. The blower operates to actively ventilate the inside of the back pad 2. This allows the air conditioning channel unit 3 to improve the comfort of the seat back 1.
[0018] As shown in FIG. 2, the back pad 2 has a pad main body 2a that elastically supports the back of a seated occupant, and a concave air passage 2d that extends along the pad back surface 2c of the pad main body 2a. The back pad 2 also has a plurality of air holes 2g that penetrate from various locations on the bottom surface 2e of the air passage 2d to the pad surface 2b (see FIG. 3). The pad main body 2a is made of a polyurethane foam molded body. The air passage 2d opens toward the back side of the seat and is configured to be closed by a cover member 10. The air passage 2d is connected to a blower via a connection port 12 formed in the cover member 10. Here, the back pad 2 corresponds to the "seat pad" of the present invention.
[0019] The ventilation of the interior of the back pad 2 is improved by the air flow path 2d and each air hole 2g. This improves the efficiency of seat air conditioning by the blower. When the blower blows air toward the rear of the back pad 2, air is sucked into each air hole 2g from the pad surface 2b side. The air sucked into each air hole 2g passes through the air flow path 2d and is exhausted to the rear of the back pad 2 from the connection port 12. In this way, seat air conditioning by the blower is performed. Note that the blower may also operate to blow air from the pad back surface 2c toward the pad surface 2b.
[0020] <Mounting part 4> 2 and 3, the mounting member 4 of the air conditioning passage unit 3 has a front-side mounting member 20 that is attached to the cover member 10 from the front side of the seat, and a back-side mounting member 40 that is attached to the front-side mounting member 20 from the back side of the seat, with the cover member 10 sandwiched between them. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the back-side mounting member 40 has a blower mounting portion 42 to which a blower case 50 can be attached. The blower case 50 is attached to the blower mounting portion 42 from the back side of the seat. In this way, the back-side mounting member 40 and the blower case 50 are integrally assembled to each other.
[0021] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the front-side mounting member 20 has a protrusion (hook portion 22) that protrudes through the connection port 12 to the back side of the seat when assembled to the cover member 10. The back-side mounting member 40 is attached to this hook portion 22 from the back side of the seat. Specifically, the fitting portion 44 of the back-side mounting member 40 is brought into contact with the cover member 10 from the back side of the seat and rotated around the connection port 12. This causes the fitting portion 44 to be hooked onto the hook portion 22. As a result, as shown in Figure 10, the back-side mounting member 40 and the blower case 50 are attached to the cover member 10 via the front-side mounting member 20. In this way, the blower can be installed so that it is less likely to become misaligned with respect to the cover member 10.
[0022] <Back Pad 2> Each component of the seat back 1 described above will be described in detail below. As shown in FIG. 5, the ventilation flow path 2d of the back pad 2 has a bottom surface 2e at the end of the recess and a side surface 2f rising upright from the periphery of the bottom surface 2e. The ventilation flow path 2d is formed in a substantially H-shape in rear view, with a flow path base 2i formed in the approximate center in the height direction of the pad rear surface 2c, and four flow path ends 2j extending from the flow path base 2i so as to branch out in the height direction. Each flow path end 2j has a relatively larger number of air holes 2g than the flow path base 2i. This allows a large amount of air to easily flow into each flow path end 2j.
[0023] Each flow path end 2j is tapered so that its width gradually narrows toward the end in the extension direction. As shown in FIG. 4, the blower is installed so as to cover the flow path base 2i of the air flow path 2d from the back side of the sheet. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, air flowing into the air flow path 2d from each air vent 2g is drawn into the blower so as to flow from each flow path end 2j toward the flow path base 2i. Due to the tapered shape of each flow path end 2j, the flow path width of the air flow path 2d gradually increases when viewed along the air flow direction. This reduces the flow velocity of the flowing air. This reduction in flow velocity allows the blower to properly draw in the flowing air. With the above configuration, the air flow path 2d is configured so that the blower can draw in a sufficient amount of air and efficiently exhaust it.
[0024] <Covering member 10> As shown in FIG. 2, the cover member 10 has a cover portion 11 extending in a plane along the pad back surface 2c, a connection port 12 opening in a circular shape from approximately the center of the cover portion 11, and an enlarged diameter hole 13 formed in a diameter-enlarged shape from a portion of the connection port 12. The cover portion 11 covers the flow path space of the air flow path 2d from the back side of the sheet. The periphery of the cover portion 11 is overlapped with the pad back surface 2c and bonded with an adhesive such as hot melt. This keeps the cover member 10 covered over the pad back surface 2c. The enlarged diameter hole 13 is formed to extend in a fan shape from the connection port 12 toward both outer sides in the sheet width direction.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 3, the cover member 10 has an annular protrusion 15 that protrudes toward the seat surface and surrounds the connection port 12 in an annular shape, and multiple linear ribs 14 that protrude toward the seat surface from the periphery of the annular protrusion 15. Each rib 14 is formed to extend radially from the connection port 12 along the in-plane direction of the cover portion 11. Each rib 14 increases the rigidity of the cover portion 11. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the annular protrusion 15 abuts against the pad back surface 2c when the cover member 10 is attached to the pad back surface 2c. This makes it less likely that a gap will form between the cover member 10 and the pad back surface 2c around the connection port 12. This reduces air leakage around the connection port 12, preventing a decrease in the blower's intake performance.
[0026] <Front mounting member 20> As shown in Figure 2, the front-side mounting member 20 has a front-side ring plate 21 formed in a ring plate shape and a front-side ring hole 21a opening from the center of the front-side ring plate 21. The front-side mounting member 20 also has a hook portion 22 protruding from the front-side ring hole 21a toward the back side of the seat. The hook portion 22 has a cylindrical portion 22a protruding in a cylindrical shape from the periphery of the front-side ring hole 21a, and two folded portions 22b formed in a folded shape from a part of the protruding end of the cylindrical portion 22a toward the outside in the hole diameter direction of the front-side ring hole 21a. Here, the hook portion 22 corresponds to the "protruding portion" of the present invention.
[0027] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 7 , the front-side ring plate 21 is assembled to fit onto the inner periphery of the annular protrusion 15 of the cover member 10 from the front side of the seat. This assembly allows the front-side ring plate 21 to be in planar contact with the cover member 10 from the front side of the seat, surrounding the periphery of the connection port 12. The front-side ring plate 21, once in contact with the cover member 10, is fixed to the cover member 10 with double-sided tape 30. As shown in FIG. 8 , the tubular portion 22 a of the hook portion 22 protrudes through the connection port 12 toward the rear side of the seat. The folded portion 22 b of the hook portion 22 protrudes through the enlarged diameter hole 13 toward the rear side of the seat. As shown in FIG. 9 , the front-side mounting member 20 has a rotation-restricting rib 23 that restricts rotational movement of the front-side mounting member 20 relative to the cover member 10. Here, the front-side ring plate 21 corresponds to the “front-side abutment portion” of the present invention.
[0028] <Back side mounting member 40> 8, the rear-side mounting member 40 has a rear-side ring plate 41 formed in a ring plate shape, multiple blower mounting portions 42 that protrude from the outer periphery of the rear-side ring plate 41 to the rear side of the seat, and a rear-side ring hole 41a that opens from the center of the rear-side ring plate 41. Each blower mounting portion 42 is configured so that a rear case 52 of a blower case 50 can be attached from the rear side of the seat. The rear-side mounting member 40 also has two fitting portions 44 that protrude inward in the diameter direction from part of the periphery of the rear-side ring hole 41a.
[0029] As shown in FIGS. 11-13, each fitting portion 44 has a claw portion 44a that snap-fits into the folded portion 22b of each hook portion 22, and a rotation restricting portion 44b that restricts movement in the rotational direction. Each fitting portion 44 is fitted into the corresponding hook portion 22 by counterclockwise rotation in rear view. This fitting attaches the rear-side mounting member 40 to the front-side mounting member 20. As shown in FIG. 3, the rear-side mounting member 40 has a cylindrical rib 43 that protrudes cylindrically from the periphery of the rear-side ring hole 41a toward the front side of the seat. As shown in FIG. 7, when the rear-side mounting member 40 is attached to the front-side mounting member 20, the cylindrical rib 43 abuts against the cover member 10 from the rear side of the seat. Here, the cylindrical rib 43 corresponds to the "rear-side abutment portion" of the present invention.
[0030] The cylindrical rib 43 is applied linearly to the cover member 10 from the back side of the sheet so as to surround the periphery of the connection port 12. The cover member 10 is sandwiched between the cylindrical rib 43 and the front ring plate 21. This more appropriately fixes the front mounting member 20 and the back mounting member 40 to the cover member 10. Furthermore, it is possible to appropriately seal the air passing through the connection port 12 so that it does not leak to the outside. Here, the structure in which the cover member 10 is sandwiched between the front ring plate 21 and the cylindrical rib 43 corresponds to the "fixing portion" in this invention.
[0031] <Blower Case 50> 8, the blower case 50 has a front case 51 and a rear case 52. The front case 51 has an opening 51a that opens from its center. The rear case 52 has a storage section 52a that is recessed into a cylindrical shape with a bottom toward the rear side of the seat, first through holes 52b formed at four locations on the outer periphery of the rear case 52, and second through holes 52c formed at four locations around the storage section 52a.
[0032] As shown in FIG. 9, the rear case 52 is assembled to the front case 51 from the back side of the seat. Specifically, pins of the front case 51 are passed through the second through-holes 52c of the rear case 52 and crimped (crimped portions 51b). This assembly prevents the blower housed in the housing portion 52a from falling out of the housing portion 52a. The rear case 52 is also attached to the back-side mounting member 40 from the back side of the seat. Specifically, screws (not shown) are passed through the first through-holes 52b from the back side of the seat and connected to the blower mounting portions 42 of the back-side mounting member 40. This allows the blower case 50 to be attached to the back-side mounting member 40 from the back side of the seat.
[0033] <Assembly of air conditioning flow path unit 3> The procedure for assembling each component of the air conditioning channel unit 3 described above will be described in detail below. First, the double-sided tape 30 shown in FIG. 2 is attached to the front ring plate 21 of the front mounting member 20 from the back side of the seat. The double-sided tape 30 is attached so that its notch 31 is aligned with the rotation-restricting rib 23 of the front mounting member 20. This allows the double-sided tape 30 to be attached without causing the rotation-restricting rib 23 to lift up from the front ring plate 21. Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the front mounting member 20 is attached to the cover member 10 from the front side of the seat. Specifically, the hook portions 22 of the front mounting member 20 are inserted into the connection ports 12 and the enlarged diameter holes 13 of the cover member 10 from the front side of the seat. As a result, the hook portions 22 penetrate the cover member 10 and protrude to the back side of the seat.
[0034] Then, as shown in Figure 9, the front mounting member 20 is rotated clockwise when viewed from behind. As a result, each folded portion 22b is positioned offset from each enlarged diameter hole 13. Rotation of the front mounting member 20 is restricted by the rotation restricting ribs 23 of the front mounting member 20 engaging with the ends of the enlarged diameter holes 13. After the above rotation, as shown in Figures 6 and 7, the front ring plate 21 is brought into planar contact with the cover member 10. This secures the front ring plate 21 to the cover member 10 with the double-sided tape 30. In this way, the front mounting member 20 is assembled to the cover member 10 from the front side of the seat.
[0035] 9, the rear mounting member 40 and the blower case 50 are assembled together. That is, first, the rear case 52 and the front case 51 are assembled together using the crimping portions 51b. Next, the rear case 52 assembled integrally with the front case 51 is attached to each blower mounting portion 42 of the rear mounting member 40 using screws. In this way, the blower case 50 is assembled to the rear mounting member 40 from the rear side of the seat. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the rear mounting member 40 assembled integrally with the blower case 50 is attached to the front mounting member 20 from the rear side of the seat. In this way, the blower case 50 is assembled to the cover member 10 via the front mounting member 20 and the rear mounting member 40.
[0036] To attach the rear-side mounting member 40 to the front-side mounting member 20, specifically, as shown in FIGS. 11-13 , the rear-side mounting member 40 is pressed against the cover member 10 so that the fitting portions 44 pass through the gaps between the hook portions 22. Then, the rear-side mounting member 40 is rotated counterclockwise in rear view. As a result, the fitting portions 44 are inserted between the hook portions 22 and the cover member 10 and hooked onto the folded-back portions 22b. That is, as shown in FIG. 14 , the claw portions 44a formed on the fitting portions 44 are snap-fitted into the folded-back portions 22b. This prevents the fitting portions 44 from coming off the folded-back portions 22b. Furthermore, the fitting portions 44 and the folded-back portions 22b abut against each other in the front-rear direction. This allows the rear-side mounting member 40 to be attached to the front-side mounting member 20 toward the rear of the seat and prevent it from falling off.
[0037] The folded portion 22b also has an inclined driving surface 22c on the seat front side that abuts against the fitting portion 44. The driving surface 22c gradually drives the fitting portion 44 toward the cover member 10 (toward the front of the seat) as the rotational movement progresses. This driving force presses the cylindrical rib 43 of the back-side mounting member 40 more firmly against the cover member 10, as shown in FIG. 7 . Furthermore, a reaction to the driving force presses the folded portion 22b toward the rear of the seat by the fitting portion 44. This also presses the front-side ring plate 21 of the front-side mounting member 20 more firmly against the cover member 10. This allows the front-side ring plate 21 and the cylindrical rib 43 to more appropriately sandwich the cover member 10. In this manner, the back-side mounting member 40 is attached to the front-side mounting member 20. Then, the components of the air conditioning passage unit 3 are assembled.
[0038] Finally, as shown in Figures 6 and 7, the cover member 10 is placed and adhered to the back side of the pad rear surface 2c from the back side of the sheet. This causes the annular protrusion 15 of the cover member 10 to abut against the pad rear surface 2c. The front ring plate 21 also abuts against the recess 2h of the pad rear surface 2c so that it fits into the recess 2h. This allows for an appropriate seal to prevent air passing through the ventilation flow path 2d and the connection port 12 from leaking to the outside.
[0039] To summarize the above, the seat air conditioning channel unit according to the first embodiment has the following configuration: In the following, the reference numerals in parentheses correspond to the respective components shown in the above embodiment.
[0040] That is, the seat air conditioning flow path unit (3) includes a cover portion (11) that is placed on the seat pad (2) so as to form a flow path wall of the concave air flow path (2d) formed in the seat pad (2), a planar cover member (10) that is formed in a part of the cover portion (11) and has a connection port (12) through which a blower is connected to the flow path from the back side of the seat, a front side mounting member (20) that has a front side abutment portion (21) that is placed against the cover member (10) from the front side of the seat, a fixing portion that fixes the front side mounting member (20) to the cover member (10), and a back side mounting member (40) that has a fixing portion that fixes the front side mounting member (20) to the cover member (10) and a blower mounting portion (42) to which the blower is attached, and is provided on the back side of the seat of the cover member (10). One of the front mounting member (20) and the back mounting member (40) has a protrusion (22) that protrudes toward the other through the connection port (12), and the other has a fitting portion (44) that fits into the protrusion (22) by relative rotation around the connection port (12) along the covering surface of the covering member (10), and the back mounting member (40) is attached to the front mounting member (20) by fitting the fitting portion (44).
[0041] According to the above configuration, the blower can be attached to the cover member (10) having the connection port (12) via the front mounting member (20) and the back mounting member (40). This makes it difficult for the blower to become misaligned with respect to the cover member (10).
[0042] The rear-side mounting member (40) is abutted against the cover member (10) from the rear side of the seat and has a rear-side abutment portion (43) that sandwiches the cover member (10) between itself and the front-side abutment portion (21). The fixing portion has a structure in which the cover member (10) is sandwiched between the front-side abutment portion (21) and the rear-side abutment portion (43). With this configuration, the front-side mounting member (20) and the rear-side mounting member (40) can be appropriately fixed to the cover member (10). This more appropriately prevents the blower from shifting position relative to the cover member (10).
[0043] Furthermore, the protruding portion (22) protrudes from the front mounting member (20) through the connection port (12) toward the back side of the seat, and the protruding end forms a hook portion (22) that folds back and projects outward in the diameter direction of the connection port (12), and the fitting portion (44) formed on the back mounting member (40) is fitted to the hook portion (22) with a snap fit in the rotational direction. According to the above configuration, the snap fit allows the fitting portion (44) to be assembled to the hook portion (22) in a state where it is prevented from coming off. Furthermore, the fitting portion (44) and the hook portion (22) abut in the front-back direction of the seat due to the folding back of the hook portion (22), so that the front mounting member (20) and the back mounting member (40) are assembled so as not to fall off in the front-back direction of the seat from the cover member (10).
[0044] Furthermore, the hook portion (22) formed on the front mounting member (20) is inserted through the connection port (12) and the enlarged diameter hole (13) formed from a portion of the connection port (12) so as to protrude toward the back side of the seat, and is positioned away from the enlarged diameter hole (13) through the connection port (12) by rotation of the front mounting member (20). This positioning causes the fitting portion (44) to be fitted so as to be pressed and sandwiched between the hook portion (22) and the cover member (10). According to the above configuration, the fitting portion (44) is fitted so as to be pressed and sandwiched between the hook portion (22) and the cover member (10). This allows the front mounting member (20) and the back mounting member (40) to be assembled to the cover member (10) without any rattle.
[0045] Furthermore, the hook portion 22 and / or the fitting portion 44 have an inclined driving surface 22c that gradually drives the fitting portion 44 into the cover member 10 as the fitting portion 44 rotates to fit into the hook portion 22. According to the above configuration, the front mounting member 20 and the rear mounting member 40 are each pressed against the cover member 10 as the fitting portion 44 rotates. This allows the front mounting member 20 and the rear mounting member 40 to be attached to the cover member 10 so as to properly sandwich the cover member 10. For example, if the hook portion 22 has an inclined driving surface 22c, the insertion opening of the hook portion 22 into which the fitting portion 44 is inserted can be widened, making it easier to insert the fitting portion 44. Furthermore, if the driving surface (22c) is set on the fitting portion (44), the tip of the fitting portion (44) in the rotation direction can be made thinner, making it easier to insert the fitting portion (44) into the insertion opening of the hook portion (22).
[0046] In addition, the front contact portion 21 and the back contact portion 43 are abutted against the cover member 10 so as to surround the periphery of the connection port 12. According to the above configuration, it is possible to appropriately seal the connection port 12 so that air passing through the connection port 12 does not leak to the outside.
[0047] Furthermore, the front contact portion (21) is a front ring plate (21) that contacts the connecting port (12) of the cover member (10) in a planar manner so as to surround the periphery thereof, and the back contact portion (43) is a cylindrical rib (43) that protrudes in a cylindrical shape from the back mounting member (40) so as to surround the periphery of the connecting port (12) of the cover member (10). According to the above configuration, the cylindrical rib (43) clamps the cover member (10) so that it makes linear contact with the planar front ring plate (21). This makes it possible to properly clamp the cover member (10) between the front contact portion (21) and the back contact portion (43) while also ensuring a seal between the cover member (10) and the front contact portion (21) and the back contact portion (43).
[0048] <Other embodiments> Although the present invention has been described above using one embodiment, the present invention can be embodied in various forms other than the above embodiment.
[0049] 1. The covering member may be configured to cover not only the back pad but also the cushion pad. For example, in the seat pad 201 shown in FIG. 16, the covering member 210 has a covering portion 211 that covers the seat from the front side along a groove formed in the pad surface 202b of the cushion pad 202. The covering portion 211 forms the bottom surface 202e and side surface 202f of the air flow path 202d. The covering member 210 has a connection port 212 that opens from a part of the covering portion 211 to the back side of the seat. A blower is connected to the connection port 212 via the front-side mounting member 20 and the back-side mounting member 40 from the back side of the seat. In this case, the covering member covers the seat pad from the front side of the seat.
[0050] 2. The rear-side mounting member may be configured without a rear-side abutment portion that contacts the cover member from the rear side of the seat. For example, in the air conditioning channel unit 103 shown in FIG. 15, the front-side mounting member 120 has a front-side ring plate 121 that contacts the cover member 110 from the front side of the seat and a hook portion 122 that protrudes to the rear side of the seat through the connection port 112. The hook portion 122 has a fitting groove 122a to which the rear-side mounting member 140 can be attached. The rear-side mounting member 140 has a fitting portion 144 that is inserted into the fitting groove 122a from the rear side of the seat and engages by rotation around the connection port 112. In this way, the rear-side mounting member may be configured to be attached to the front-side mounting member without contacting the cover member from the rear side of the seat. Note that in the above configuration, the front-side mounting member 120 is preferably fixed to the cover member using a fixing portion such as double-sided tape or adhesive.
[0051] 3. In the embodiment, the fixing portion has a sandwiching structure between the front contact portion and the back contact portion. However, instead of this, adhesives such as double-sided tape and adhesive, or fasteners such as bolts, nuts, and screws may be used.
[0052] 4. The configuration in which the front-side contact portion and the back-side contact portion sandwich the covering member by abutting against each other has been exemplified. However, the front-side contact portion and the back-side contact portion may each be configured to abut against the covering member without sandwiching the covering member. Specifically, for example, the cylindrical rib (back-side contact portion) may be configured to abut at a position radially outward from the front-side ring plate (front-side contact portion). Alternatively, the front-side contact portion and the back-side contact portion may be configured to abut at positions offset from each other in the circumferential direction, such as a configuration in which the front-side contact portion abuts at two positions on the left and right of the connection port from the front side of the seat, and the back-side contact portion abuts at two positions above and below the connection port from the back side of the seat. Furthermore, the front-side contact portion and the back-side contact portion may be configured to abut only a portion of the connection port without surrounding it. The front contact portion and the back contact portion may be configured to come into surface contact or line contact with the covering member.
[0053] 5. The protrusion may be formed on the rear mounting member and protrude through the connection port toward the front side of the seat. The rotational engagement between the protrusion and the engagement portion is shown in the examples as a configuration in which the member having the engagement portion rotates relative to the member having the protrusion. However, the engagement may occur when the member having the protrusion rotates, or when both members rotate independently. The hook portion may be configured to jut out in a folded manner toward the inside of the diameter direction of the connection port. In addition to a folded shape, the hook portion may be, for example, a groove shape as shown in FIG. 15, or any other shape that allows for rotational engagement with the engagement portion. The folded portion may be configured to overlap with the enlarged diameter hole.
[0054] 6. In the example shown, the driving surface is formed on the surface of the hooking portion that abuts against the fitting portion. However, it may also be formed on the surface of the fitting portion that abuts against the hooking portion. In this case, the fitting portion has a driving surface whose width diameter tapers from the base end to the tip end of the rotational movement. The driving surface may also be formed on the surface of the fitting portion that abuts against the cover member. In this case, too, the fitting portion has a driving surface whose width diameter tapers from the base end to the tip end of the rotational movement. Furthermore, the fitting portion may not be configured to directly abut against the cover member, as long as it is configured to be gradually pressed against the cover member by the driving surface as the rotational movement progresses.
