To provide an algae cultivation device and the like which can be installed in a wide range of locations.SOLUTION: An algae culture device 10 comprises: a first translucent wall 21 which is vertically positioned; a second wall 22 positioned in parallel with the first wall 21; a third wall 23 positioned between the first wall 21 and the second wall 22; and a plurality of cylindrical algae cultivation bags 40 which are aligned in a horizontal row with their longitudinal axes oriented vertically, while being in close contact with both the first wall 21 and the third wall 23.
