To make it possible to bring the position of an imaging part closer to an originally planned position, as compared with a configuration in which the position of an imaging part which images a recording medium to which gas is blown cannot be changed.SOLUTION: By using a photographing section 80, the CPU obtains the photographed image shown in (B) by photographing a paper bundle 54 that is being blown with air by the side blowing device. the CPU controls the moving mechanism to move the photographing section 80 upward. As a result, the photographing section 80 is positioned at the location indicated by a code 11F in (C).
