Abstract

To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of improving controllability of an event detection.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes: a pixel array that contains a plurality of counting pixels outputting a pixel signal in accordance with a value obtained by counting the number of photons injected within a predetermined exposure time, and includes at least one pixel region to which a common exposure time is set; and a control part that controls the exposure time of the pixel array. The pixel region includes: a detection part that detects an event indicating a change of the pixel signal; and a connection selection part that selects one part of the counting pixels from the plurality of counting pixels contained in the pixel region as a first counting pixel connected to the detection part. The control part determines a length of the exposure time in the at least one pixel region in the case where the event is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
