Abstract

To provide a program, a method, an information processing apparatus, and a system for confirming the presence or absence of a risk in a contract document, such as electronic data, agreed in the past.SOLUTION: A server 10 includes a processor and a storage unit, and manages electronic data agreed between a plurality of users on a computer. A program of the server causes the processor to execute: a storage step of storing a plurality of electronic data agreed between the plurality of users; a risk output step of outputting risk information regarding events which are likely to occur in the future for each of the plurality of electronic data stored in the storage step; and a risk presentation step of presenting one or more electronic data of at least some of the plurality of electronic data stored in the storage step, in association with the risk information output to the one or more electronic data in the risk output step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
