Abstract

To prevent the deterioration of sealability shown when a force directed from the inside to the outside of a frame is applied to a seal member.SOLUTION: The sealed structure comprises: a sheet-shaped membrane layer disposed along a plane orthogonally intersecting the stacking direction; a plate-shaped member which is adjacently disposed to oppose the membrane layer, and includes an attachment part that has an edge disposed on the edge side of the plate-shaped member and having an edge face opposing the membrane layer, an attachment face concave relative to the edge face, and a tilting face tilting toward the edge face from the attachment face, and has a gap between the tilting face and the membrane layer; and a seal member which is disposed on the opposite side of the edge relative to the tilting face, has a shape of a frame disposed adjacently to the tilting face when viewed from the membrane layer, seals the gap between the membrane layer and the plate-shaped member, and is deformable toward the gap when a force is applied from the inside to the outside of the frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
