[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2004-247443 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2017-202846 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, in conventional tape storage boxes, ultraviolet rays can enter through the opening through which the tape is pulled out, causing the adhesive layer of the tape to harden.

[0006] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide a tape storage box that stores a tape in a manner that allows the tape to be pulled out, and that effectively blocks ultraviolet rays and stores the tape in a state that prevents the adhesive layer of the tape from hardening. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The tape storage box of the present invention (the present tape storage box) is a tape storage box that stores a tape roll in the form of a roll, in which tape having an adhesive layer that hardens when exposed to ultraviolet light is wound around a core material, and includes a box that stores the tape roll in a removable manner, support parts that support both ends of the core material of the tape roll stored in the box, an outlet opening in the box for pulling out and removing the tape on the tape roll from the box, and a door that covers the outlet opening, and the box and the door are formed from a material that blocks ultraviolet light.

[0008] In the present tape storage box, the door may be configured to close the removal opening from the outside of the box. Effect of the Invention

[0009] In this tape storage box, both the box and the door that covers the outlet are made of a material that blocks ultraviolet rays. This effectively prevents ultraviolet rays from passing through the box, the door, or the outlet and entering the inside of the box. Therefore, this tape storage box can effectively store tape rolls while preventing the adhesive layer of the tape from hardening. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0011] A tape storage box 1 shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b) is a box for storing a tape roll 100 shown in FIG. The tape roll 100 includes a tape 101 and a core material 102. In the tape roll 100, the tape 101 is wound around the core material 102 into a roll shape.

[0012] Tape 101 is an ultraviolet-curing adhesive tape having an adhesive layer that is cured by ultraviolet light. Tape 101 includes a sheet-like base material such as polyvinyl chloride, an adhesive layer made of an ultraviolet-curing material (such as an acrylic resin) disposed on the sheet-like base material, and a release paper (separator) attached on the adhesive layer.

[0013] As shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), the tape storage box 1 includes a box 10 that stores a tape roll 100 in a removable manner.

[0014] Box 10 has an approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape and includes a front wall 11 which is the wall on the +X direction side, a rear wall 12 which is the wall on the -X direction side, a first side wall 13 which is the wall on the -Y direction side, a second side wall 14 which is the wall on the +Y direction side, a bottom plate 15 which covers the bottom of box 10, and a top plate 16 which covers the top of box 10. The components of the box 10, that is, the rear wall 12, the first side wall 13, the second side wall 14, the bottom plate 15 and the top plate 16, are made of a material that blocks ultraviolet rays.

[0015] In addition, in this embodiment, the rear wall 12 of the box 10 is configured to be detachable from the box 10. This allows an operator to remove the rear wall 12 and store and remove the tape roll 100 from inside the box 10 from the rear side (-X direction side) of the box 10. Instead of the rear wall 12, the front wall 11, the first side wall 13, the second side wall 14, the bottom plate 15, or the top plate 16 may be formed so as to be detachable from the box 10. In other words, the box 10 may be configured so that the tape roll 100 can be stored in and removed from the inside of the box 10 by removing a detachable wall (plate).

[0016] Additionally, the tape storage box 1 is provided on the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14 with a pair of support portions 20 that support both ends of the core material 102 of the tape roll 100 stored in the box 10 .

[0017] 3(a) shows the support part 20 provided on the first side wall 13. As shown in this figure, the support part 20 includes a support pillar 21 extending in a substantially horizontal direction, a base part 22 provided on the base end side of the support pillar 21, an operation part 24 for operating (rotating) the support part 20, and a connecting member 23 connecting the base part 22 and the operation part 24. The second side wall 14 is also provided with a support portion 20 having a similar configuration.

[0018] The support column 21 has a male thread 211 on its surface, and is configured so as to be capable of being screwed into a screw hole (female thread) 131 provided in the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14. The base portion 22, the connecting member 23 and the operating portion 24 are protruding portions of the support portion 20, which are portions that protrude outside the box 10 when the tape roll 100 is supported.

[0019] In the support part 20 having such a configuration, an operator can grip and rotate the operating part 24 to screw the support pillars 21 into the screw holes 131 in the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 14 and enter the inside of the box 10. This allows the support pillars 21 to be easily inserted into the core material 102 of the tape roll 100, as shown in Figures 3(a) and (b).

[0020] In this manner, the tape roll 100 can be held by the pair of supports 20 so as to be rotatable about the support pillars 21 as the rotation axis. In this embodiment, the tape roll 100 is held by the pair of supports 20 so as to extend in the Y-axis direction.

[0021] 3(b), when the support pillars 21 are inserted deep inside the core material 102 and the tape roll 100 is held by the support parts 20, the base parts 22 of the support parts 20 come into contact with the first side wall 13. This effectively prevents ultraviolet rays from entering the inside of the box 10 through the screw holes 131 of the first side wall 13.

[0022] 1(a) and 1(b), the tape storage box 1 is provided with an elongated removal opening 30 extending along the Y-axis direction on the front wall 11 of the box 10. This removal opening 30 is opened in the box 10 and is an opening for pulling out and removing the tape 101 of the tape roll 100 from the box 10. Therefore, the removal opening 30 has a length (length in the Y-axis direction) that is longer than the width of the tape 101, and a width (length in the Z-axis direction) that is greater than the thickness of the tape 101.

[0023] 1(a) and 1(b), the tape storage box 1 has a door member 40 on the top plate 16 of the box 10. The door member 40 includes a fixed plate 41 fixed to the top plate 16, and a door 43 connected to the fixed plate 41 via a hinge 42.

[0024] Door 43 is an L-shaped plate having first plate 431 and second plate 432 connected to each other so as to be perpendicular to each other, and is intended to close removal opening 30. In this embodiment, door 43 is configured to close (cover) removal opening 30 from the outside of box 10. The first plate 431 is connected to the hinge 42 and is configured so as to be able to cover the edge of the top plate 16 of the box 10 on the +X direction side.

[0025] The second plate 432 has a lower end 433 that extends linearly in the Y-axis direction. The second plate 432 is configured to be in contact with an area including the portion of the front wall 11 of the box 10 where the outlet 30 is formed, and to be able to cover this area.

[0026] Door 43 having such a configuration can rotate about hinge 42 as a fulcrum between a closed position (see Figure 1(a)) in which second plate 432 blocks removal opening 30, and an open position (see Figure 1(b)) in which second plate 432 moves away from removal opening 30 and opens removal opening 30.

[0027] In this embodiment, the door 43 is made of a material that blocks ultraviolet rays. That is, in this embodiment, both the box 10 and the door 43 are made of a material that blocks ultraviolet rays.

[0028] Next, a method of using the tape storage box 1 (procedures for attaching the tape roll 100 and removing the tape 101) will be described.

[0029] When installing the tape roll 100, the worker removes the rear wall 12 from the box 10 and places the tape roll 100 inside the box 10, and then operates the support parts 20 shown in Figures 3(a) and (b) to support the tape roll 100 inside the box 10 with the pair of support parts 20.

[0030] Next, the worker places the door 43 in the open position and pulls out the end of the tape 101 in the tape roll 100 to the outside of the box 10 through the outlet 30. Thereafter, the worker attaches the rear wall 12 to the box 10, places the door 43 in the closed position, and closes the outlet 30 with the door 43 (second plate 432). As a result, the tape storage box 1 is in the state shown in FIG.

[0031] When removing the tape 101 from the tape storage box 1, the worker opens the door 43 as shown in Fig. 1(b). Then, the worker grasps and pulls the end of the tape 101 pulled out from the outlet 30 as shown in Fig. 4(a). This causes the tape roll 100 to rotate around the support column 21 as the rotation axis (see Fig. 3), and the worker can pull out only the required amount of tape 101 from the outlet 30.

[0032] 4(b) and 4(c), the worker places the door 43 in the closed position and sandwiches the base end side of the removed tape 101 between the second plate 432 and the front wall 11 of the box 10. Then, the worker, for example, applies the blade of a cutter knife to a portion 101a of the tape 101 that contacts the lower end 433 of the second plate 432, and cuts off the tape 101 along the lower end 433 by moving the cutter knife along the Y-axis direction as indicated by the arrow 201. This allows the worker to remove the required amount of tape 101 from the tape storage box 1.

[0033] As described above, in the tape storage box 1 according to this embodiment, both the box 10 and the door 43 closing the outlet 30 are made of a material that blocks ultraviolet rays. This makes it possible to effectively prevent ultraviolet rays from passing through the box 10, the door 43, or the outlet 30 and entering the inside of the box 10. Therefore, with the tape storage box 1, the tape roll 100 can be stored satisfactorily while preventing the adhesive layer of the tape 101 from hardening.

[0034] In this embodiment, the door 43 of the door member 40 is configured to cover the outlet 30, which is an outlet for removing the tape 101, from the outside of the box 10. This makes it possible to effectively prevent ultraviolet rays from entering the inside of the box 10 through the outlet 30. In addition, the worker can move the cutter knife along the lower end 433 of the second plate 432, which is the edge of the door 43, so that the tape 101 sandwiched between the second plate 432 and the front wall 11 of the box 10 can be easily cut.

[0035] The tape storage box 1 may be provided with a cutter on the second plate 432 of the door 43 or the front wall 11 of the box 10, the cutter being capable of contacting the tape 101 sandwiched between the second plate 432 and the front wall 11 of the box 10, and a guide portion (e.g., a rail) for moving the cutter. With this configuration, the tape 101 can be cut more easily.

[0036] Also, in the tape storage box 1, as shown in FIG. 5, the box 10 may not have a top plate 16, and the door 43 of the door member 40, which is formed from a material that blocks ultraviolet rays, may be configured to cover the entire top surface of the box 10 and the removal opening 30.

[0037] In this configuration, the fixed plate 41 of the door member 40 is fixed to the rear wall 12 of the box 10 so as to cover the upper edge portion thereof. Also, a hinge 42 is provided at the upper end portion of the fixed plate 41.

[0038] Moreover, the first plate 431 of the door 43 of the door member 40 is connected to the hinge 42 and is configured to be able to cover the entire top surface of the box 10. Furthermore, the second plate 432 perpendicular to the first plate 431 is configured to be able to contact and cover the area including the portion where the removal opening 30 is formed in the front wall 11 of the box 10, similar to the configuration shown in Fig. 1(a).

[0039] Door 43 having this configuration can also rotate about hinge 42 as a fulcrum between a closed position in which second plate 432 blocks removal opening 30 and an open position in which second plate 432 moves away from removal opening 30 to open it. In addition, in this configuration, the top of the box 10 can be opened by placing the door 43 in the open position, making it easy to check the remaining amount of tape 101 in the tape roll 100 and to store and remove the tape roll 100 in the box 10.

[0040] 1(a) or 5, as described above, when the door 43 is in the closed position, the first plate 431 of the door 43 is in contact with the front wall 11 of the box 10 to block the removal opening 30 provided in the front wall 11. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 6, a seal portion 434 may be provided in a square shape on the back surface of the second plate 432, which is the surface that is in contact with the front wall 11, so as to surround the edges (upper edge, lower edge, and both side edges) of the second plate 432. Note that in Fig. 6, the position of the removal opening 30 when the door 43 is in the closed position and the second plate 432 blocks the removal opening 30 is shown by a dashed line.

[0041] The seal portion 434 is made of, for example, a sponge, and is configured to adhere closely to the front wall 11 so as to surround the removal opening 30 when the second plate 432 blocks the removal opening 30 of the front wall 11. This makes it possible to prevent a gap from being formed between the second plate 432 and the front wall 11. Therefore, the second plate 432 can more effectively block the removal opening 30, that is, prevent ultraviolet rays from entering the inside of the box 10 from the removal opening 30.

[0042] It is preferable that the sealing portion 434 is also formed from a material that blocks ultraviolet rays. The sealing portion 434 may be provided on any edge of the second plate 432. For example, the sealing portion 434 may be provided in a U-shape on the lower edge and both side edges of the second plate 432.

[0043] In addition, if the front wall 11 in which the removal opening 30 of the box 10 is provided is formed from a magnetic material (such as iron), or if a magnetic material is provided in the portion of the front wall 11 that contacts the second plate 432, a magnet 435 may be provided on the back surface of the second plate 432 that contacts the front wall 11, as shown in Figure 6.

[0044] The magnet 435 has, for example, an elongated shape, and is provided on the lower edge of the second plate 432 along the seal portion 434 of the second plate 432. In this configuration, the magnet 435 can bring the second plate 432 into close contact with the front wall 11. Therefore, the second plate 432 can more effectively block the outlet 30. Furthermore, it is also possible to prevent the second plate 432 from unintentionally separating from the front wall 11.

[0045] 7(a), the tape storage box 1 may include a pair of support bases 50 that support from below the connecting members 23 that are part of the protruding portions of the pair of support parts 20. FIG. 7(a) shows the support bases 50 that support the support parts 20 provided on the first side wall 13.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 7(a), the support base 50 includes a support rod 51 extending downward while attached to the connecting member 23, a biasing member 53 supporting the support rod 51 from below, and a base 52 supporting the support rod 51 and the biasing member 53 from below. The support portion 20 provided on the second side wall 14 is also supported by a support base 50 having a similar configuration.

[0047] The biasing member 53 is formed of, for example, a coil spring. The upper end of the biasing member 53 is attached to the tip of the lower end portion 511 of the support rod 51. The lower end of the biasing member 53 is attached to the bottom of a recess 521 provided in the base 52.

[0048] Furthermore, the lower end 511 of the support rod 51 has a size (thickness) that allows it to enter the recess 521 of the base 52 together with the biasing member 53. The lower end 511 is provided with a scale 512. The scale 512 is used to measure the length of the portion of the lower end 511 that protrudes outside the recess 521.

[0049] The support stand 50 having such a configuration is configured to support the entire tape storage box 1 except for the support stand 50 via the connecting member 23 of the support section 20. In other words, when the tape storage box 1 has the support stand 50, the box 10, support section 20 and door member 40 of the tape storage box 1 are supported by the support stand 50 and are in a floating state in the air.

[0050] In this configuration, when there is a large amount of tape 101 remaining in the tape roll 100, the box 10 containing the tape roll 100 is heavy, so that as shown in Figure 7(a), the urging member 53 contracts, and most of the lower end 511 of the support rod 51 enters the recess 521 of the base 52, lowering the position of the support part 20.

[0051] On the other hand, when the remaining amount of tape 101 is small, the box 10 containing the tape roll 100 becomes lighter, so that as shown in Fig. 7(b), the urging member 53 stretches and part or all of the lower end 511 of the support rod 51 goes out of the recess 521 of the base 52, raising the position of the support part 20. The height of the support part 20, i.e., the length of the part of the lower end 511 that goes out of the recess 521, is determined by the remaining amount of tape 101.

[0052] Therefore, an operator can use the scale 512 to read the length of the portion of the lower end 511 of the support rod 51 that protrudes outside the recess 521, thereby determining the height of the support part 20 and obtaining the remaining amount of tape 101 in the tape storage box 1.

[0053] In this manner, the tape storage box 1 may include a pair of support stands 50. The support stand 50 includes a support rod 51 that supports the support portion 20 (the protruding portion of the support portion 20), a stand 52 having a recess 521 into which the lower end 511 of the support rod 51 can enter, and a biasing member 53 having an upper end attached to the tip of the lower end 511 of the support rod 51 and a lower end attached to the bottom of the recess 521 provided in the stand 52.

[0054] In this configuration, the height of the support part 20 (i.e., the length of the part protruding outside the recess 521 at the lower end 511 of the support rod 51) changes depending on the weight of the box 10 (i.e., the remaining amount of the tape roll 100). Therefore, the worker can easily obtain the material of the tape 101 based on the height of the support part 20. Furthermore, if the scale 512 is provided on the lower end 511, the height of the support part 20 can be easily obtained.

[0055] In this embodiment, both the box 10 and the door 43 in the tape storage box 1 shown in Figures 1 and 5 are made of a material that blocks ultraviolet rays. In this regard, it is preferable that the fixing plate 41 and the hinge 42, which are members other than the door 43 in the door member 40, are also made of a material that blocks ultraviolet rays. In addition, the support pillar 21, the base portion 22, the connecting member 23, and the operating portion 24, which are components of the support portion 20, may also be made of a material that blocks ultraviolet rays.

[0056] Examples of the material that blocks ultraviolet rays include resin, metal, and wood, which have a function of blocking ultraviolet rays. The inside of the box 10 may be a darkroom. Alternatively, the box 10 may be configured so that the inside can be seen from the outside. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a transparent acrylic (UV-cut acrylic) plate that blocks ultraviolet rays may be used as the ultraviolet ray blocking material that constitutes the box 10 and the door 43. In this configuration, the worker can see the inside of the box 10 without removing the rear wall 12, so that the worker can easily check whether the tape roll 100 is stored in the box 10 and the remaining amount of tape 101 of the tape roll 100 stored in the box 10.
