Abstract
To provide an electronic device capable of suppressing an influence of noises between circuit boards.SOLUTION: Each of circuit boards 30 and 40 is electrically connected via a penetration hole 23 of a cooling board 21. Each of the circuit boards 30 and 40 includes electron components 321 and 421 on an opposite surface with the cooling board 21. An electronic device 10 comprises an electromagnetic shield body 80. The electromagnetic shield body 80 is configured to include the cooling board 21, a shield wall, a ground conductor, and a shield lid. The shield wall is configured to include wall parts 222 and 223, and surrounds the electron component 321 mounted to a region R1 in a plan view. The penetration hole 23 is positioned to an outside of the region R1. The ground conductor is configured to include lands 313 and 314 and a via conductor 317 that are formed to each circuit board 30, and surrounds the electron component 321 in the plan view.
