Abstract

To provide an information processing device, an image forming device, a control method of the information processing device, a control method of the image forming device and a program which set a setting value in an appropriate color mode according to a contracted plan.SOLUTION: In a management system, computers connected by an in-house network and printers as image forming devices, are connected with a subscription server via the Internet. The computer communicates with the printer which can use ink corresponding to a contracted plan at a fixed amount. In color mode pull down of print setting displayed on a display unit of the computer, a setting value in a color mode which designates combination of the ink used by the printer is selected by a user. The computer further, when the setting value other than "monochrome" is selected in the color mode pull down and when subscription ink is monochrome ink, causes the display unit to display a pop-up screen for changing the setting value in the color mode to "monochrome".SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
