Abstract

To provide a wireless communication system that improves convenience by easily selecting and configuring multiple base stations belonging to a base station group that transmits simultaneously with inter-base station synchronization and the operating waves used by the base station group, and by enabling the base station group to be rearranged and operated according to actual conditions.SOLUTION: In a wireless communication system, a wireless control console 11 sets up combinations of base stations 13 that use the same operating wave on an operation screen, and groups the multiple base stations 13 that use the same operating wave into a base station group. Information on the base stations 13 that belong to the base station group and their operating waves is transmitted to a wireless line control device 12 as base station group setting information. On the basis of the received base station group setting information, the wireless line control device 12 instructs the multiple base stations 13 on the operating waves and the start timing of downlink transmission.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
