Abstract
To provide: dry powder formulations for delivery of antibodies to thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) to a patient via inhalation, which may realize an improved method of treatment for asthmatic patients, including those with mild asthma; and a method of treatment for asthma in patients.SOLUTION: In one aspect, a dry powder formulation comprises a plurality of microparticles. The microparticles comprise: leucine; about 1 wt.% to about 10 wt.% of trileucine; and an antigen binding fragment of an anti-thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) antibody.SELECTED DRAWING: None
