Abstract

To provide a carbon dioxide recovery apparatus and a carbon dioxide recovery method which can improve CO2 recovery efficiency for energy consumption.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide recovery apparatus includes: an adsorbent for adsorbing CO2 and H2O; a reaction vessel where the adsorbent is disposed; H2O value detection means for detecting an H2O value which is a value related to an H2O amount adsorbed to the adsorbent; and flow rate adjusting means for adjusting the flow rate of gas flowing into the reaction vessel, on the basis of the H2O value detected by the H2O value detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
