Abstract
To provide a method of preventing or removing water-soluble fouling located at the downstream of an oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) reactor.SOLUTION: This method acts continuously or intermittently so as to adopt introduction of water into the upstream of a fouled section and solubilize and carry away fouling substances. The method has an advantage of being able to be used during ODH process, and requirement of costly shutdown can be avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
