Connection structure between shielded electric wire and connector

Abstract

To provide a technique capable of reducing the size of a connector while ensuring a creepage distance.SOLUTION: A connection structure 100 between a shielded electric wire 1 and a connector 2 comprises: a conductor 11; a first insulating layer 12 covering an outer periphery of the conductor 11; a shield braid 13 provided on an outer peripheral side of the first insulating layer 12; and a second insulating layer 14 covering an outer periphery of the shield braid 13. The connector 2 includes a shield connecting tube 232 disposed on an outer peripheral side of the first insulating layer 12 extending from an end portion of the second insulating layer 14 so as to provide an annular space G between the first insulating layer 12 and the shield connecting tube. The shield braid 13 extending from the end portion of the second insulating layer 14 is electrically connected to the shield connecting tube 232.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
