Manufacturing method of laminate hologram element

Abstract

To provide a manufacturing method of a laminate hologram element composed by precisely positioning hologram layers of RGB colors.SOLUTION: A laminate hologram element 100 manufactured according to the invention is configured by laminating, from two directions differing from each other (α direction and β direction) on a photosensitive material 10, a red hologram layer 20, a green hologram layer 30 and a blue hologram layer 40 generated by being irradiated with light of RGB colors. The method includes irradiating each hologram layer from near the α direction with first red illumination light, second green illumination light and third blue illumination light, and photographing each hologram layer from the β direction to obtain first to third picked-up images. Coordinate of a corner part, etc. for each hologram layer is detected by image processing the first to third picked-up images. The positions of the hologram layers are adjusted so that coordinates of a corner part, etc. on at least two sites of the hologram layers of the colors coincide each other, and the positioned hologram layers are bonded to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
