Abstract

To provide a light source device capable of supplying laser light with higher density and higher uniformity.SOLUTION: There is provided a light source device including: first to fourth laser light sources for emitting first to fourth laser lights; a condenser lens; first to fourth reflecting surfaces disposed respectively in ranges of first to fourth quadrants with the position of an optical axis as the origin in a plan view perpendicular to the optical axis of the condenser lens, the first to fourth reflecting surfaces reflecting the first to fourth laser lights toward the condenser lens, respectively; and first to fourth afocal systems disposed to emit the first to fourth laser lights to the first to fourth reflecting surfaces, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
