To provide an isolated power conversion system that performs control to maximize output power by varying the impedance only on the secondary side regardless of the influence of fluctuations in power or impedance on the primary side.SOLUTION: An isolated power conversion system 20 that transmits power in an isolated state from a primary coil to a secondary coil 21 includes: a capacitor of a secondary resonance compensation circuit electrically connected to the secondary coil 21; a switch connected in parallel with the capacitor; an inductor connected in series with the capacitor; a secondary power measurement unit that measures the power transmitted to the secondary coil 21 and output from the secondary side through the capacitor; and an impedance control unit that controls impedance Ztmn of the capacitor 23 by varying Duty by driving the switch so as to increase the power on the basis of the power value measured by the secondary power measurement unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
