Abstract

To provide a scour prevention member installation system and a scour prevention member installation method that can easily install a scour prevention member along a side face of an underwater foundation even when an overhanging scaffold or the like is present on an underwater foundation.SOLUTION: A scour prevention member installation system 100 installs a scour prevention member 9 so as to surround a tower-shaped underwater foundation 200. The scour prevention member installation system 100 comprises a hanging frame 1 installed on a first barge 90, and a hanging jig 5 hung from the hanging frame 1 and capable of hanging the scour prevention member 9.
