Abstract

To provide a disaster prevention system capable of appropriately announcing evacuation information to inhabitants according to a state of a rainfall amount and land form.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention system includes: a map display system 2 for displaying a hazard map; a console (announcement processing device) 1 to which rainfall amount information for river maintenance for each area of the hazard map and a current rainfall amount of the area are input from an external system 4, so as to output an announcement message of evacuation information when an accumulated rainfall amount of the current rainfall amount exceeds a threshold corresponding to the rainfall amount information for the river maintenance; and a wireless device 3 for wirelessly transmitting the announcement message to a receiving and alarming device 6 via a broadcasting control device 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
