Abstract

To improve a technique to enhance the delivery quality.SOLUTION: In a state in which a first process for delivery of a delivery item has been completed, an information processor 20 acquires a first image of the delivery item captured by a first operator performing the first process, and a second image of the delivery item captured by a second operator performing a second process following the first process. Next, if the information processor 20 determines that damage has occurred to the delivery item, it compares the first image with the second image. Then, based on the comparison result between the first image and the second image, the information processor 20 evaluates whether the damage was caused by the first operator or the second operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
