Exhaust device for cooking

Abstract

To provide an exhaust device for cooking whose safety has been improved.SOLUTION: An exhaust device 1 for cooking includes a suction port 11, an opening 21, a blower 2 and a fireproof damper 71. The opening 21 is provided on an upper surface 31a of a table 31 where a heating cooker 51 is provided. The suction port 11 is communicated with the opening 21. The blower 2 includes a suction surface 2d and a blowout surface 2e, and between the suction port 11 and the suction surface 2d, a suction air passage 91a is formed. The blower 2 operates in such a manner that the air sucked from the suction port 11 passes the suction air passage 91a, the suction surface 2d and the blowout surface 2e in this order and then is exhausted to the outdoors. The fireproof damper 71 is provided at the suction air passage 91a or is provided in the vicinity of the blowout surface 2e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
