Abstract

To calculate (estimate), as one of the purposes, a remaining life of a fuse while reflecting a change even when the change occurs in current to accelerate degradation of the fuse.SOLUTION: A current pattern extraction unit 103 acquires time-sequential information 172 of a current value of current flowing through a fuse 171, and extracts a current pattern that accelerates the degradation of the fuse 171 from the time-sequential information 172 of the current value. A current pattern characteristic value calculation unit 104 calculates a current pattern characteristic value 176 on the basis of extracted current pattern information 175 indicating the extracted current pattern. A fuse degradation acceleration coefficient calculation unit 105 calculates a degradation acceleration coefficient (ACC) of the fuse 171 on the basis of the current pattern characteristic value 176. A fuse remaining life calculation unit 106 calculates a remaining life (LT1) of the fuse taking the current pattern into account on the basis of the degradation acceleration coefficient (ACC) of the fuse 171.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
