Abstract
To provide a testing method capable of reducing time and labor when evaluating fire resistance of various kinds of test pieces.SOLUTION: A testing method is used to evaluate fire resistance of a test piece, and has a step for executing a primary heating test for heating a test piece from a side of a coating material with each of multiple kinds of test pieces in which a first surface is covered with the coating material as a target, a step for selecting a selection test piece in which the state of a test piece under execution of a primary heating test satisfies a predetermined standard from multiple kinds of test pieces, and a step for executing a secondary heating test for heating from a side of a coating material with a selection test piece as a target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
