To suppress leakage of alpha ray emission nuclide to the outside.SOLUTION: A radioactive nuclide production system (1) comprises a radioactive nuclide production device (10) having a beam introduction section (FR1) that introduces a particle beam (B), a target container (B1) that contains a target material (TA), a beam passing section (DK1) that passes the particle beam and guides it into the target container, and a housing (H1) that contains a target container and at least a part of the beam passing section, and a negative pressure maintaining device that maintains a negative pressure inside the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
