To provide a system for providing household hot water and heating at least one space, which has a small and compact design.SOLUTION: A system includes: a heat transfer device 19 for providing household hot water; at least one emitter 14 for heating at least one space; a fluid network for transferring a first heat transfer fluid; a first heat exchanger 15 for transferring heat between the first heat transfer fluid and a second heat transfer fluid; a second heat exchanger 21 for pre-heating water to be further heated by the heat transfer device to obtain household hot water; and a controller.
