Abstract

To support rental management using an existing rental object, including renovation of the rental object.SOLUTION: In a CPU 11 of a management server 1, an acquisition section 32 acquires rental object information related to a rental object of an owner of the rental object, and renovation information including at least contents of renovation of the rental object and costs required for the renovation.
