Abstract

To provide a remote control support method capable of properly supporting an operator in remote control, a terminal device, and a program.SOLUTION: A remote control support method of the present disclosure is implemented in a remote control support device that supports remote control of plural vehicles. When remote control request information which indicates information of requesting remote control of a first vehicle is received, a change amount of a driving skill due to the fact that an object of remote control is changed from a second vehicle, which has been remotely controlled immediately before, to the first vehicle is specified for each of plural operators. Out of the plural operators, an operator having a small change amount of the driving skill is assigned as an operator of the first vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
