Abstract

To provide a medium conveyance device and a recording device in which a reversal path unit can be easily attached or detached.SOLUTION: A medium conveyance device 30 includes a device body 12 and a reversal path unit 20. The reversal path unit 20 includes a reversal roller for reversing a medium and is configured to be attachable to and detachable from the device body 12. The reversal path unit 20 includes a support tray 21, an operation part 22, and an opening part 34. The support tray 21 can switch between a drawn state of being drawn from the reversal path unit 20 and a stored state of being stored in the reversal path unit 20. The support tray 21 is configured to be able to support a fed medium in the drawn state. The operation part 22 is operated for attaching or detaching the reversal path unit 20 to or from the device body 12. The opening part 34 is provided in the support tray 21 and makes the operation part 22 operable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
