Abstract

To provide a silicone resin composition which is excellent in adhesion and storage stability, and contains natural oil and fat as a raw material.SOLUTION: There are provided a silicone resin composition which contains a polysilanol compound obtained by hydrolysis of an alkoxysilane compound, epoxidized natural oil and / or epoxidized natural rubber, a catalyst metal chelate compound A for silicone curing, and a metal chelate compound B having alkyl phosphate ester or β-ketoester as a ligand, wherein a ratio of the catalyst metal chelate compound A for silicone curing is 10.0 to 20.0 wt.% based on a solid content, and a ratio of the metal chelate compound B is 0.5 to 10.0 wt.%; and a coating film obtained from the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
