Abstract

To provide a vehicular thermal management device and so on, capable of performing highly accurate thermal control on a control unit so as to satisfy safety of the control unit.SOLUTION: A vehicular thermal management device 1 includes: an acquisition section for acquiring vehicle information on a vehicle and surrounding information on surroundings of the vehicle; a prediction section 21 for predicting power consumption of a control unit mounted on the vehicle and a heat dissipation capacity of the control unit, on the basis of at least one of the vehicle information and the surrounding information which have been acquired by the acquisition section; a determination section 22 for determining whether to optimize the power consumption of the control unit and the heat dissipation capacity of the control unit, on the basis of the power consumption of the control unit and the heat dissipation capacity of the control unit which have been predicted by the prediction section 21, and a safety criteria parameter of the control unit, and outputting a result of the determination; and a control section 23 for controlling the power consumption of the control unit and the heat dissipation capacity of the control unit according to the result of the determination made by the determination section 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
