Sorting and collection device

Abstract

To provide a sorting and collection device which facilitates reuse of consumable containers.SOLUTION: A sorting and collection device 1 includes: an input box 2 having an input port 19; a reading part 3 for reading identification information stored in a storage element 17 included in a consumable container 15; a reuse collection box 4 and a recycle collection box 5 located in an internal space of the input box 2; a sorting robot 6 for sorting the consumable container 15; and a control unit 130. The control unit 130 causes the sorting robot 6 to execute a first sorting process of sorting the consumable container 15 from the input port 19 to the reuse collection box 4 on condition that the first determination has been performed based on the identification information. The control unit 130 causes the sorting robot 6 to execute a second sorting process of sorting the consumable container 15 from the input port 19 to the recycle collection box 5 on condition that the second determination has been performed based on the identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
