Abstract

To increase uplink capacity in a wireless communication system.SOLUTION: A terminal comprises: a control section that determines whether or not a UCI is multiplexed with a PUSCH on the basis of a type of UCI (Uplink Control Information) carried by a PUCCH when the PUCCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel) with or without repetition and the PUSCH applied by an OCC (Orthogonal Cover Code) overlap; and a transmission section that transmits the PUSCH multiplexed with the UCI to a base station when it is determined that the UCI is multiplexed with the PUSCH.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
