Knot clip and producing method thereof

Abstract

To provide an absorbable biomedical polymer material, a knot clip and a producing method thereof.SOLUTION: The absorbable biomedical polymer material according to the present invention selects raw materials composed of a first polymer and a second polymer. Here, the first polymer consists of 50 wt% to 100 wt% poly-L-lactide (PLA) and 0 wt% to 50 wt% polyglycolide (PGA), and the second polymer is poly-p-dioxanone (PPDO). This absorbable biomedical polymer material possesses moderate rigidity and toughness, making it suitable for producing medical devices such as knot clips. The absorbable knot clip of the present invention has moderate rigidity and toughness, and in particular, when it contains 2.5 wt% to 40 wt% of the first polymer, it not only easily penetrates the fascia but also exhibits resistance to plastic deformation in bent areas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
