Abstract

To provide a display device with high performance, high reliability, and a small frame size.SOLUTION: A single crystal semiconductor film separated from a single crystal semiconductor substrate is used as a semiconductor film of a transistor constituting a drive circuit, and the transistor of the drive circuit has a thin film structure having high driving performance. By electrically connecting the drive circuit and an image display part with wiring disposed therebetween, a structure is made such that the image display part is positioned on the drive circuit in a state where at least part of the image display part overlaps the drive circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
