Manufacturing method of RFID label

Abstract

To provide an RFID label capable of using thermal paper as a base material, and an RFID recording medium.SOLUTION: In an RFID label, a label base material, an RFID antenna, an IC chip, and an adhesive layer are laid on each other in this order. The label base material is thermal paper having a heat-sensitive color former layer on one surface. The RFID antenna is provided on the other surface of the label base material. The IC chip is connected to the RFID antenna by an ultraviolet-curable anisotropic conductive adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
