An outer peripheral part 52 of the wall part 51 includes: a second outer peripheral part 54 positioned near the bottom part 57; a first outer peripheral part 53 positioned on an opposite side of a side where the bottom part 57 is positioned relative to the second outer peripheral part 54; and an inclined part 55 positioned between the first outer peripheral part 53 and the second outer peripheral part 54. The first outer peripheral part 53 is positioned on an inner side than the second outer peripheral part 54 in a radial direction of the cylindrical shape being the shape of the wall part 51.
