The skin side sheet part has at least a portion provided in a central part in a width direction and capable of abutting on the skin when worn, and has a space forming sheet part for forming an excrement storage space provided in a back side end part in a longitudinal direction closer to the skin side than the skin side sheet part. The sheet part is stretchable in the width direction. Both side parts in the width direction of the sheet part are joined to a member overlapping with the sheet part in a thickness direction by a plurality of weld parts. An end part on the back side of the sheet part is fixed to at least a member adjacent to the sheet part in the thickness direction. An end part on an abdominal side in the longitudinal direction of the sheet part can form an entrance to the excrement storage space.
