Abstract

To prevent water or dust from entering a tactile sensor even when the tactile sensor is used in an environment where water or dust is present around it.SOLUTION: A tactile sensor (1) comprises: a strain-inducing layer (11) having an annular part (11a) and a tongue-shaped part (11b) projecting inward from the annular part, with a strain gauge provided on the tongue-shaped part; a first sealing layer (12) laminated on one main surface of the strain-inducing layer so as to close a first space (11c) surrounded by the annular part of the strain-inducing layer; a spacer layer (13) having an annular part (13a); and a second sealing layer (14) laminated on one main surface of the spacer layer so as to close a second space (13c) surrounded by the annular part of the spacer layer. The strain-inducing layer and the spacer layer are laminated such that the other main surface of the strain-inducing layer and the other main surface of the spacer layer face each other, forming a closed space (1c) in which the first space and the second space communicate with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
