Abstract

To make it possible to suppress an inrush current and a surge voltage in a switching circuit in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A switching circuit includes a first switching part having a plurality of switching elements connected in series, and a second switching part having one end connected to one end of the first switching part. This is a switching operation in which the other end of the first switching part is connected to a voltage line having a high absolute value, the other end of the second switching part is connected to a voltage line having a low absolute value, a load circuit is connected between an output end between one end of the first switching part and one end of the second switching part and the other end of the second switching part, and ON and OFF of the first switching part and the second switching part are switched at a first frequency. The first switching part performs a switching operation in which timings at which the plurality of switching elements of the first switching part are turned on are shifted from each other at an initial timing at which the first switching part is turned on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
