Abstract
To provide a pressure sensor capable of detecting pressure change in the wide pressure range.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor includes a plurality of first detection regions and a plurality of second detection regions. Each of the first detection regions includes a first transistor, a first detection electrode electrically connected to the first transistor, and a first pressure-sensitive layer disposed on the first detection electrode. Each of the second detection regions includes a second transistor, a second detection electrode electrically connected to the second transistor, and a second pressure-sensitive layer disposed on the second detection electrode.
