Abstract
To fulfill consideration for visibility of an image.SOLUTION: A device for controlling display of an image on an indicator 15 of a vehicle 10 comprises a selection section 213, an illuminance detection section 214, a determination section 215, and a control section 216. The selection section 213 selects an image displayed on the indicator 15. The illuminance detection section 214 detects illuminance around the vehicle 10. The determination section 215 determines a hue corresponding to the detected illuminance. The control section 216 displays a superposed image 45 in which an image of an auxiliary display element of a determined hue is superposed on a surrounding image 39 on the indicator 15 when the selection section 213 selects the surrounding image 39 including the periphery of the vehicle 10 as an image displayed on the indicator 15. The control section 216 shifts the hue of the auxiliary display element in the superposed image 45 to a hue corresponding to the detected illuminance after the change at a speed corresponding to a visual recognition result of the indicator 15 by an occupant of the vehicle 10 when the detected illuminance is changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
