Abstract

To provide a scintillator panel which can be stuck to another member when in use and can sufficiently secure moisture-proof property of a scintillator layer when not in use, and to provide a method of manufacturing the scintillator panel.SOLUTION: A scintillator panel 1 includes a support layer 4, a scintillator layer 5 disposed on the support layer 4 and including a plurality of columnar crystals 50, an adhesive layer 6 disposed on the scintillator layer 5, a release layer 7 disposed on the adhesive layer 6 and having releasability with respect to the adhesive layer 6, and a first moisture-proof layer 3 integrally covering an outer edge portion 51 of the scintillator layer 5, an outer edge portion 61 of the adhesive layer 6, and an outer edge portion 71 of the release layer 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
