Abstract
To optimize data collection from a plurality of vehicles.SOLUTION: A method includes receiving data collected from a plurality of vehicles and selected on the basis of one or more sampling criteria; generating a statistical model on the basis of the received data; detecting anomalies in the received data on the basis of the statistical model; and updating the one or more sampling criteria on the basis of the anomalies in the received data.
