To provide simultaneous production of Nattokinase and vitamin K2 by a specific Bacillus subtilis, and application thereof.SOLUTION: Provided are a Bacillus subtilis specified by the accession number CCTCC NO:M 2024343, or a microbial agent containing the Bacillus subtilis, and use of the Bacillus subtilis or the microbial agent in production of at least one of the following (I) to (III): (I) production of Nattokinase and / or vitamin K2, or a product thereof; (II) production of fermented black beans, Natto or probiotic; and (III) production of biological feed by fermentation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
