Abstract

To secure stock of consumable items appropriate for a base, while reducing a burden required for reception work of a package based on irregular delivery at the base in which an image forming device is installed.SOLUTION: A regular delivery management device 1 manages regular delivery of consumable items 6 used in image forming devices 2a, 2b, 2c. The regular delivery management device 1 is configured to: determine whether or not it is a regular delivery reference date of the consumable item 6 with respect to the image forming devices 2a, 2b, 2c; acquire a use amount of the consumable item 6 in the image forming devices 2a, 2b, 2c; determine a delivery amount of the consumable item 6 based on the regular delivery on the basis of the use amount of the consumable item 6, when it is determined that it is the regular delivery reference date; and output regular delivery instructions in which the delivery amount is designated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
